【摘要】 黑龙江省作为中国的老工业基地，拥有众多的国有企业，近年来国有企业的发展因为各种原因举步维艰，严重的制约了黑龙江省经济的发展，对于国有企业进行改革已经成为发展黑龙江省经济的关键。本论文就黑龙江省近年来国有企业改革的现状分析的基础上，提出了今后的发展方向和解决的措施。 首先，本论文介绍了有关的企业理论，为以后的论述建立一个完整的理论体系，使得后文的论述更具有深层次的理论意义。相关的理论主要包括：新古典经济学的企业理论、现代企业理论、现代产权理论、企业家理论和公司治理结构的基本理论等。 其次，是对现状问题的分析。本论文从各种不同的理论角度分析在我国国有企业中存在的问题，主要的问题有：企业所有者缺位现象、内部人控制失控、新老三会矛盾重重等。同时运用大量的统计数据，分别分析了黑龙江省近年来大中型国有企业及中小型国有企业改革的状况，并且对于国有企业与非国有企业的绩效进行了对比分析。而且还将黑龙江省与相关省份的国有企业改革的状况进行了对应分析，从而总结出黑龙江省国有企业不仅存在着共性的问题，而且也存在着自身的弊端。 再次，是对问题的解释。本论文运用博弈论的思想，对黑龙江省国有企业改革中存在的问题进行解释。建立了全体人民——政府——企业经营者三方博弈模型，论证了这种三方博弈不稳定性，为了全体人民的利益不受损害，国有企业应该理性的退出竞争性行业。 最后，本论文结合模型分析提出的解决办法，给出了现行的政策性建议。使本论文更具有现实性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the old industrial base of china, Hei Longjiang province holds many nation-owned enterprises. In recent years because of many reasons the development of nation-owned enterprises is very tardiness, which restrict the economy development of Hei Longjiang province seriously. It has becomed the key to develop economy in Hei Longjiang province to reform the nation-owned enterprises.First of all, in this paper we introduce relational corporation theory, and establish a integrated theory system. These theories include classical economic theory, modem times enterprise theory, property right theory, enterpriser theory and corporation father structure theory, and so on.Secondly, we analyse the problem of the nation-owned enterprised. These problems include the owner lackness in the enterprises, the serious phenomena of interiorer cortrol, the contravention of new enterprise structure and old and so on. Using the a lot of statistic data, we analyse the status of nation-owned enterpriseds of Hei Longjiang province. Accordingly we summarize the problem in the nation-owned enterprises in Hei Longjiang province.Thirdly, we commentate the problems, In the paper we exert thought of game theory, explain the problem of the reformation in the nation-owned enterprises. And establish the demos-government-corporation operator game model. And we demonstrate that in order not to damage the benefit of the demos, the nation-owned enterprises should drop out the competitive trade.Finally, on the base of the game model analysis we advance the solve ways, and come out the policy advice.更多还原
