集中供热热量收费管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 信息技术的日新月异,不断地完善着现有的集中供热管理体制,同时也迫切要求发展新的技术来提高热量计量收费的可靠性,改变过去热力站数据采集靠人工抄表的落后方法,以实现集中供热系统管理的全面自动化。在国家“八六三”项目(国家863/CIMS主题目标产品项目,编号863-511-820-034)支持下,我们研制了具有国内领先水平的“沸腾”集中供热监测管理系统,并将它应用于工业生产中。 这是一套完整的数据采集系统,它由智能型热量计、便携式查表器和数据库管理软件三部分组成,本文详细介绍了它们各自的原理和实现方式。 智能型热量计安装在每一个热力站的入口,它精确地计算和记录热力站热量的使用情况。通过它自动生成的多种运行记录报表,可以全面掌握热力站的运行状况。它具有可靠性高、兼容性好、功能丰富等优点。目前,该热量计已经安装在工业现场,运行情况良好,受到用户单位的好评。 便携式查表器是一种新兴的现场数据采集技术。本课题所设计的查表器通过RS485接口从现场使用的热量计中远距离采集数据,它采用Intel 80C196作为CPU,240×128点阵的液晶作为显示器,并扩展了256K的非易失性RAM来保存30个热力站的所有运行数据。现场的实际运行表明,这是一种可靠、方便的数据采集技术,在我国的公用事业中具有广阔的应用前景。 查表器将采集到的热力站运行数据通过串口传送给计算机,运行在上位机的数据库软件自动对采集到的数据进行判断、整理,生成一套完整的数据库。通过这套数据库软件,就可以方便、快捷地了解整个集中供热网络的运行情况,从而大大提高工作效率。

【Abstract】 The development of information science has radically optimized the traditional management method in district heating system, new data collection techniques are developed to take advantage of its unique characteristics. In order to improve the reliability of Calorimeter, to change out-dated data collection method, and to realize the automation of the district heating system, supported by "863 program", we developed the "Boiling" district heating metering and monitoring system.The principles, operations, circuits design and software development of this system are introduced. This project focuses on the discussion of the Intelligent Calorimeter, Portable Data Recorder and Database Management SystemEach Intelligent Calorimeter is installed in a heating station. It is applied to measure the quantity of heat consumed by users. It has high reliability, powerful functions, high compatibility, lower cost, and is more suitable to be used in China.Workers needn’t go to the field to collect data. They can accomplish this by a Portable Data Recorder over a long distance. The Portable Data Recorder has a 240* 128 dot matrix LCD as its monitor, and NVRAM is up to 256K bytes.Data obtained by the Portable Data Recorder are sent to a computer via serial port. A Database Management System was developed to maintain the district-heating database. It has been applied in the field of data collection, and proves to be reliable, stable and efficient. It’s expected that there will be wider application of this technology.
