高效环保型循环冷却水处理剂的开发研制
Synthesis of High Efficient and Environmental Scale Inhibitor for Circulated Cooling Water

【摘要】 本文系统阐述了国内外循环冷却水处理剂的研究现状和发展趋势。以合成工艺简单,便于工业化生产为原则,在合成聚环氧琥珀酸钠过程中,突破现有文献中以稀土、氢氧化钙为引发剂,代之以氢氧化钠,并研究了聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)的合成工艺及其多元阻垢性能,探讨了合成条件、水质条件对聚合产物的阻垢性能的影响。采用红外光谱法(IR)和静态阻垢法对聚合产物进行了表征和性能测定。 以马来酸酐为原料,钨酸钠为催化剂,双氧水为氧化剂,氢氧化钠为引发剂,采用溶液聚合方法,合成聚合物阻垢剂—聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)。考察了氧化剂用量、引发剂用量、聚合时间、聚合温度对合成产物性能的影响,应用正交试验法确定聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)合成的最佳工艺条件。IR谱图和羟基定性试验表征了聚合产物具有聚环氧琥珀酸钠的特征基团如羧基、羟基等官能团;同时,测得聚环氧琥珀酸钠的特性参数为:产率为81.9%,羟基化合物含量为0.2%,密度为1.322g/cm~3,特性粘数为1.358cm~3/g。 研究了加药量、碱度和硬度等各种因素对聚合产物阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)适用于碱度为1000mg/L时,硬度为2600mg/L的高硬度水系统和硬度为1000mg/L时碱度为1500mg/L的高碱度水系统中(文中如没有特别说明,硬度和碱度值均以碳酸钙为计)。另外,适当增加聚合产物的加入量,可提高其阻垢性能和应用于更恶劣的水质系统。 最后,研究了聚合产物对无机盐水垢的抑制效果。聚环氧琥珀酸钠(PESA)对碳酸钙、磷酸钙具有阻垢分散性能,对锌盐的稳定和氧化铁的分散具有良好效果。在硬度为1250mg/L,碱度为1000mg/L的水质条件下,当加入量为20.8mg/L时,控制碳酸钙的效果良好,阻垢率为90.0%以上。控制磷酸钙的效果较好,当加入量为36mg/L时阻垢率为48.0%。当加入量为7.8mg/L时对锌盐的稳定率达80.0%以上;当加入量为5.7mg/L时,具有良好的分散氧化铁性能。
【Abstract】 It is stated in the paper that the current research and development of water treatment agent used in circulated cooling water in China and other countries. The synthesizing process of polymer is simplified in order to be convenient for industrial production. So the research breaks through the traditional method in the synthesis of polyepoxysuccinicate (PESA). NaOH acted as initiator, substituted rare earth and Ca(OH)2, is used in the research. The synthesizing method of PESA, its multi-property of scale inhibition, and the influence of synthesizing condition and water-quality on the scale inhibition, are tested by IR and scale static beaker test.Maleic anhydride as raw material, sodium tungstate as catalyst, hydrogen peroxide as oxidation agent, sodium hydroxide as initiator, are applied in the synthesis of PESA though solution polymerizing. In order to seek for the optimum synthesis technology, amount of oxidation agent and initiator, as well as duration and temperature is studied in the research by orthogonal experiment. IR spectrum and qualitative test of hydroxy indicated that the polymer has the characteristic cluster of PESA, such as carboxyl and hydroxyl, etc. meanwhile the characteristic parameters are concluded: the content of polymer is 81.9%, the content of hydroxy compound is 0.2%, density is 1.322 g/cm3, and characteristic viscosity is 1.358cm3/g.The concentration of polymer, alkalinity and hardness of water are discussed in the research. Those factors influence the scale inhibition property of polymer. Several conclusions have been drawn: PESA is fit to high hardness water system with alkalinity value 1000mg/L and hardness value 2600mg/L, to high alkalinity water system with hardness value 1000mg/L and alkalinity value 1500mg/L (hardness and alkalinity value is accounted by the mass of calcium carbonate without specification in thepaper). In addition, appropriately increasing amount of PESA can improveproperty of scale inhibition and be applied to worst circulating cooling water system.At last, the inhibition performance of PESA on inorganic scale is evaluated by scale static beaker test of calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate, stability test of zinc salt, diffusion test of ferric oxide in the paper. The experimental results show that PESA has excellent scale inhibition on calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate, stability on zinc salt and diffusion on ferric oxide. Under the condition of hardness 1250mg/L and alkalinity 1000mg/L, while amount of PESA is 20.8mg/L, inhibiting scale ratio on calcium carbonate is more than 90%. While amount of PESA is 36mg/L, inhibiting scale ratio on calcium phosphate is 48.0%; while amount of PESA is 7.8mg/L, stabilizing zinc salt ratio is more than 80.0%; while amount of PESA is 5.7mg/L, PESA has excellent diffusion on ferric oxide. So PESA is a soluble, high effective and versatile scale inhibitor.
