【摘要】 在整个社会经济活动受到网络的影响日益加剧的同时，作为当代社会经济生活重要主体的企业首当其冲地受到网络环境形成的影响，企业技术创新过程不可避免的发生了改变。 本论文就是要给出网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织的机理，用信息流网络结构作为基本的研究框架来描述企业技术创新过程，解决企业技术创新过程中的知识创造和知识扩散问题：1)我们从网络演化的角度来看待网络环境下的企业技术创新过程的组织。我们结合社会经济网络来研究技术创新过程，从更为宽广的视野里来讨论社会外部环境和企业技术创新的相互作用关系，对研究国家和区域创新系统有重要的意义；2)技术创新过程中的信息流动特征决定了网络环境下企业技术创新过程的组织。我们给出了企业结点的信息流动方程，使网络环境下企业技术创新过程的组织选择问题得到解决。这对于我国企业在网络环境下如何组织技术创新过程有着重要意义；3)企业进行技术创新过程中的知识创造和知识扩散通过信息流动带来的全社会生产力和技术的变迁是经济学界重点关注的领域。企业的技术创新的过程就是知识创造和知识扩散的过程，我们讨论了知识创造过程和知识扩散的动力机制，决定了其实现方式和传播效果测定，这对于理解知识经济条件下的企业技术创新过程和技术变迁具有重要的基础理论意义。 论文采用演绎的思维研究方法，本论文首先讨论了网络环境下企业技术创新过程的特征，并给出了网络环境下企业技术创新过程的不确定性来源和风险度量公式。本文接着结合矩阵论给出技术创新过程的信息流网络结构模型，在此指导下讨论了结点、结点环境。信息在技术创新过程中的输入、处理和输出过程也得到了详细的讨论。结合信息流网络结构模型和技术创新过程中的信息处理模型我们研究了网络环境下企业技术创新过程的信息流描述，为网络环境下的企业技术创新过程给出了运动学描述。本文继续探讨了企业技术创新过程中信息—知识转化过程的本质，解决企业技术创新过程中的知识转移和知识扩散的相关问题，并将西安理工大学硕士学位论文知识创造和传播视为网络环境下企业技术创新过程的动力系统，这是企业技术创新过程得以进行和维持的根源。最后，我们还关注信息流网络结构中的企业协同与合作，在其中的信息流的特征和结点生成是我们的焦点，我们给出了结点信息流的运动约束方程和网络结构的演变行为，从而完成了企业技术创新的机理研究。【关键词】网络环境技术创新过程结点信息流网络结构知识创造更多还原

【Abstract】 The enterprise as the main role of the modern social-economy is the first to be influenced by the net-environment which is increasing influencing the whole social-economy activities, which results in the enterprise’s techno-innovation process change.Applying the information-flow as the basic framework to describes the enterprise’s techno-innovation process and solve the knowledge transfer and diffusion of the process this paper bring out the mechanism of the enterprise’s techno-innovation process under the net-environment. 1) This paper researches the techno-innovation process under the net-environment from the net-evolution viewpoint. Combining with the soci-economical net to deal with the techno-innovation, this paper discusses the relationship between the outer social environment and the techno-innovation process through the more broad vision which contributes to the study on the national and regional innovation system. 2) The character of the information-flow in the innovation process determines the organization of the enterprise’s innovation process under the net-environment. The information-flow equation advanced in this paper solves the organization choice of the techno-innovation process under the net-environment which has profound significance to our enterprise. 3) The knowledge transfer and diffusion in the innovation process accelerates the change of social productive force and technology by the information-flow which is the focus of the economy. Under the net-environment the process of the techno-innovation is the process of the knowledge creation and propagation. This paper discusses the mechanism of the knowledge creation and propagation and put forward the correspondent preoperational pattern and the measurement method of the knowledge transfer and diffusion. All these have basic theory significance to the understand on the techno-innovation and the technology change under the knowledge-economy so called.The paper adopts the deductive method. The character of the techno-innovation is firstly discussed and the roots of the uncertainty and the measurement of the risk are put forward as followed. Combining with the matrix theory this paper evolves the information-flow net structure model (IFNSM) for the enterprise’s techno- innovation process whiles the node and its local environment is discussed. Afterwards the information’s input, transformation and output is discussed in details in the techno-innovation context. The kinematics for the enterprise’s techno-innovation under net environment is given while the information-flow is described in the process through the IFNSM of the enterprise’sinformation-flow is described in the process through the IFNSM of the enterprise’s techno-innovation process. The essence of transform of knowledge-information in the process is studied which results in the solution of the knowledge transfer and diffusion which is thought in this paper as the mechanism system, the roots for the proceeding and ongoing of the enterprise’s techno-innovation process, for the enterprise’s techno-innovation process under the net environment. This paper focuses on the character of the information-flow and the becoming of the information-node in the coordination and cooperation of the information-flow net structure. At last the mechanism of the enterprise’s techno-innovation process is completed till the node’s information-flow equation with straight and the evolution behavior is given out.更多还原
