【摘要】 教师能否适应新课程改革并主动参与实施新课程是改革能否成功的关键。本论文通过问卷和访谈的方法对大连四区小学教师进行调查研究,目的在于了解已经参加新一轮课程改革的教师在实际教学中对新课程改革的适应性并探究影响其适应性的因素。研究结果显示,小学教师对新课程改革具有一定适应性,但总体水平不高;影响适应性的因素包括内、外两个方面,其中内部因素以教师观念的转变最为突出,外部影响因素主要在于评价机制改革的相对滞后、学校课程改革氛围的缺乏、课程改革培训模式和培训内容缺乏针对性和操作性以及一线教学设备不足等等。针对以上研究结果,笔者提出相应建议:课程改革的倡导者要做好教育教学评价等配套改革;培训模式要具有操作性,内容要具有针对性;学校管理者要转变管理模式等等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teachers’ accommodation to the curriculum reform is the key to success of reform. In this research, by questionnaire and interview, the writers study 261 primary school’s teachers who have taken part in curriculum reform to know about their accommodation and the effective factors. The research results disclose that the teachers accommodate the curriculum reform at a little level. The effective factors include inside and outside means. Teachers’ idea is the main inside factor. The main outside ones include evaluation, school reform atmosphere, training mode, teaching qualification and etc. On this basic, the writers give some advises.更多还原
