连续镀锌锌池中有效铝计算和在线测量方法研究

【摘要】 铝是连续镀锌锌池中很重要的添加元素,有效铝对铁锌化合物的形成具有抑制作用。本文分析了连续镀锌过程中铝的重要作用,对Fe-Zn-Al三元体系富锌部分的液相界面的热力学模型进行了分析,运用亚点阵模型,提出了计算该三元系富锌端铁溶解度曲线的新公式,用Matlab编制了有效铝计算软件CAC(Calculate Aluminum Content)。该软件以化学分析的总铝、总铁和温度三个数据作为输入参数,可在用户界面上输出有效铝含量、锌渣种类和重量百分比以及铁溶解度二维和三维图形。 锌池的有效铝含量随着温度的波动而动态变化,由于化学分析方法较慢,不能及时反应锌池的变化,故实时测量有效铝对连续镀锌很有意义。本文对有效铝探测器的原理、制作方法、信号采集系统进行了一定的探讨,对其电解质的溶盐和影响因素进行了研究,制作的探测器信号稳定、精度达到了3%、平均寿命超过了五天,并在我国第一条汽车钢板镀锌生产线——宝钢1550CGL连续镀锌生产线上试用,效果良好。 有效铝计算和有效铝探测器分别是两种独立的锌池铝含量的探测方法,实验证实二者相辅相成,一致性较好。
【Abstract】 In this work, the importance of aluminum, which can inhibit the formation of Fe-Zn compounds was introduced and the thermodynamic model of zinc-rich liquid boundary of Fe-Zn-Al ternary system was analyzed, a set of new formula of Fe solution curves was proposed using sub-lattic model by the present author. A program hi Matlab language for calculating aluminum content was made with the graphical user interface on the basis of thermodynamic analysis, by which the solubility curves of iron were regressed according existing experimental data. When using the program, the user was required to input three parameter, they are total Al content, total Fe content of the chemical analysis result together with the temperature measured by the thermocouple. The effective aluminum content and the category and percentage of zmc dross as well as the iron solution curves will be output on the interface.The galvanizing bath is always instable, effective aluminum changes quickly with the bath temperature fluctuation. Chemical analysis is too slow to feedback the real aluminum content hi the bath, so that the on-line aluminum sensor is of great significance to galvanizing process, hi this work, the principle, fabrication method of aluminum sensor, signal collection system were studied. The author undertook research work of the electrolyte which is a key technology in the sensor and its effect factors. The experiment showed that the signal of sensor was stable and its accuracy is up to 3%, its lifetime is up to 5 days. The sensor has been tested on Bao-steel 1550CGL continuous galvanizing line which is the first galvanizing line in our country, its result is satisfactory.Although the above two aluminum calculation and on-line determination are two mdependent methods as we know, the former is in good agreement with the latter, each of them can validate from each other.
