【摘要】 本文引言部分阐述了党际关系的重要性、当前学术界的研究动 态及研究毛泽东党际关系思想的目的与意义，并附带对毛泽东如何 处理与意识形态不同的政党的关系作了一个浅论。 本文正文分三章来写。第一章阐述了毛泽东继承和发展了马克 思主义经典作家关于党际关系的思想，对如何处理无产阶级政党关 系提出了一系列重要思想：一、独立自主与互相援助的思想；二、 完全平等与协商一致的思想；三、党与党之间的意识形态分歧不应 影响国家关系的发展，不干涉别国内政，不输出革命，不强加于人 的思想。 第二章论述毛泽东党际关系思想的特色。与斯大林、赫鲁晓夫 处理党际关系的做法相比，毛泽东的党际关系思想具有自己鲜明的 特色：一、毛泽东主张采取协商谈判机制而不是少数服从多数的集 中制原则来达到各兄弟党之间思想和行动的统一.二、毛泽东坚持 从马克思主义原则出发来处理兄弟党之间的意识形态分歧；三、在 与兄弟党的交往中，毛泽东不仅要求中共谦虚谨慎，而且始终有意 地针对党际关系中的大党主义、霸权主义提出批评，使之成为贯穿 毛泽东党际关系思想的突出特色。 第三章论述毛泽东党际关系思想的理论贡献和在新时期的实践成果。毛泽东的党际关系思想是马克思主义党际关系理论与当时的国际国内实际相结合的产物，丰富了马克思主义理论宝库，是我党宝贵的精神财富，在新时期仍具有重要的理论与实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the foreword of the article, the importance of inter-party relation, the academic circle’s research development situation and the purpose and significance of probe into inter-relation are elaborated. Additionally, it expounds simply how Mao Zedong tackled the ties with those parties with distinct ideology.The body of mis article is divided into three chapters. Mao Zedong’s thoughts on the inheritance and development from Marxism classical writers’ theories of how to deal with the inter-party links is narrated in the first chapter, where a series of important opinions as to how to cope with the proletariat’s inter-party relations is also expound as follows: l.the thoughts of mutual aid and independent self-initiative; 2.the thoughts of complete equality and concerted discussion; 3.the thoughts of embodying that the divergence of inter-party ideology can’t impact on the national tie’s development, don’t request intervening in other else country’s internal affairs or exporting the revolution, or imposing its own ways and things on others.In chapter two, there expounds the distinctive feature of Mao Zedong’s inter-party relation thoughts. Compared with Stalin and Helushv’s way of doing things, the evident distinctive feature is in the possession of Mao Zedong’s inter-party relation thoughts: firstly, Mao Zedong maintained that the unification of thoughts and actions of fraternal inter-party be taken effect by adopting the centralized principle demanding of the minority to be subordinate to the majority; Secondly, Mao Zedong persisted in the tackling of fraternal inter-party’s ideological divisions in the light of Marxism principles; Thirdly, Mao zedong requested that CCP deal with the intercourse with the fraternalparties modestly and discreetly, what’s more, intentionally criticized the large-partism and hegemonism occurring to the inter-party relation from ends to <WP=5>ends; which both become the outstanding distinctive feature of Mao Zedong’s inter-party relation thoughts.While in the third chapter, Mao Zedong’s theoretical contributions and practical fruits in the new times regarding the inter-party relation thoughts. In essence, Mao Zedong’s inter-party relation thoughts, the result of combination of national and international realities with the theory of Marxism inter-party relation, enriches Marxism theoretical treasure warehouse. In consequence, as our party’s precious sprit fortune, it is of important theoretical and practical sense in the new times.更多还原
