硼、钼、锌营养对甘蓝型油菜产量和品质的影响及其机理初探

【摘要】 采用盆栽土培方法,利用双低品种中双6号和双高品种中油821两个甘蓝型油菜品种为材料,研究硼、钼、锌及其配合对甘蓝型油菜产量和品质的影响,并初步探索其机理。主要研究结果如下: 1.硼、钼、锌及其配合能不同程度地影响甘蓝型油菜产量和产量构成因素。硼以及硼钼配合对两个品种荚果数量的增加有明显的作用;而钼营养更有利于提高甘蓝型油菜的千粒重;同时,硼钼也对每荚粒数的增加有一定的作用;锌对三个因素均有增加作用,但影响不明显。正因如此,硼、钼、锌及其配合显著提高两个甘蓝型油菜的产量,增产幅度为:6.89%-29.1%。 2.硼、钼、锌及其配合能不同程度地影响甘蓝型油菜的含油量和品质。硼钼单施或者配合施用有利于含油量的提高。硼的效应更为突出一些;而锌肥则效果不明显,对于有的品种甚至还有负面作用。籽粒产量与含油量对微量元素营养的反应表现为负相关,即施用硼、钼肥,中双6号籽粒产量增加的幅度大于中油821,相反,其含油量增加的幅度却低于中油821。硼和硼钼配合有利于降低亚麻酸含量;对于亚油酸含量有降有升。钼和硼元素及其配合对提高中油821和中双6号油酸和降低芥酸有一定作用。单施硼肥以及硼钼配合有利于降低硫甙含量。品种不同下降的程度不同。 3.硼、钼、锌及其配合能不同程度地影响两个品种的谷氨酰胺合成酶和转移酶活性。谷氨酰胺合成酶活性与含油量表现为负相关的趋势,但统计分析表明该负相关没有达到显著水平。 4.硼、钼、锌及其配合能不同程度地影响两个品种对硼、钼、锌的吸收。两个品种对于硼钼锌的吸收明显不同,所以对产量和品质产生不同的影响。
【Abstract】 Pot culture was conducted to study the effect of boron, molybdenum and zinc on seed yield and oil quality of two cultivars of Brassica napus, and its nutritional mechanism was elementarily studied. The main results were obtained as follows:1. Application of boron, molybdenum and zinc had different effect on seed yield and yield forming factors of two cultivars of Brassica napus. Boron alone or boron with molybdenum together had obvious effect on increasing siliques of two cultivars of Brassica napus. Molybdenum had more apparent influence on raising thousand grain weight, and moreover, boron and molybdenum had also effect on raising number of seed per silique. Zinc had a little effect on increasing silique, seed number and thousand grain weight. Thus, boron, molybdenum and zinc increased seed yield in a range from 6.89%-29.1%.2. To some extent, the oil content and quality of tape(Brassica napus) can be influenced by B, Mo and Zn. To apply B or Mo is beneficial for increasing the oil content, however, the effect of B is better than that of Mo. Applying Zn has no significant effect on increasing oil content, even for some cultivars, there may be an opposite result by Zn. There exists a negative relationship in microelement nutrition between seed production and oil content, that is to say, the increasing extent of seed production of Zhongshuang 6 was more than that of Zhongyou 821, contrariry, its increasing extent of oil content was less than Zhongyou 821. With application of B or Mo, the linen content can be decreased, but the content of Lionlenic acid may be decreased or increasing. Applying B, Mo or both B and Mo can increase oleic acid content in Zhongyou 821 and Zhongshuang 6, and decrease their Erucic acid contents. Single applying B or B and Mo was beneficial for decreasing glucosindate content, but the decreasing content was different in different rape cultivars.3. To some extents, to apply B, Mo, Zn or their combinations can influence the activities of glutamine synthetase GS and glutamine transfer GS. There exists unsignificantfy negative relativity between glutamine synthetase GS and oil content.4. To some extents, applying B, Mo, Zn or their combinations can influence the uptake of B, Mo or Zn. For the two cultivars, the different uptake of B, Mo, Zn have different influences on seed production and quality.
