低压缩永久变形高阻隔密封材料的结构与性能研究

【摘要】 本论文研究了采用动态硫化方法制备NBR/ECO低压缩永久变形动态阻隔材料,着眼于降低共混胶料的压缩永久变形。研究工作可分为三个部分:第一部分:选择适宜的ECO及NBR硫化体系,在降低共混胶料的压缩永久变形的同时使其具有良好的力学性能及高温溶胀性能。第二部分:分析NBR/ECO相态结构对共混物压缩永久变形的影响因素,决定采用动态硫化工艺,以使压缩永久变形小的ECO成为连续相,耐516号合成油优异的NBR成为分散相。使共混胶料的耐油性、耐寒性、低压缩永久变形性能达到综合平衡,因此探讨了动态硫化工艺条件。第三部分:系统地研究了NBR/ECO常规共混胶料与动态硫化胶料的力学性能、耐油性能、压缩永久变形性能、加工流变性能以及动态力学性能、气密性的差异。研究结果表明:ECO的硫化体系用三嗪类硫化剂TCY与硫化促进剂TT并用可以使其具有良好力学性能,有效降低ECO胶料的压缩永久变形,同时避免传统NA-22/Pb3O4硫化体系的毒性。低硫高促硫化体系S/TT/CZ可以使NBR胶料具有较低的压缩永久变形,而且赋予NBR/ECO共混胶料良好的综合性能。NBR/ECO常规共混胶料的相态结构表明,由于ECO的内聚能密度高,即使ECO含量高达80%,也很难成为连续相。适宜的动态硫化条件可使常规共混胶中ECO为分散相NBR为连续相的<WP=4>相态结构转变为NBR为分散相而ECO为连续相。通过考察不同丙烯腈含量以及不同并用比的NBR与ECO共混胶料的性能得出如下结论:共混比为30/70的NBR-41/ECO动态硫化胶料具有较低的压缩永久变形、优异的耐油性能和耐老化性能,综合力学性能较好。两相均含有炭黑的动态硫化胶料具有良好的加工性能、挤出物外观及动态力学性能,同时具有较低的压缩永久变形及优异的气密性能、耐油性能,是一种很好的密封材料。

【Abstract】 The blend of Epichlorohydrin-co-epoxyethane rubber (ECO) and nitrile rubber (NBR) with low compression set and good dynamic properties was prepared by dynamical vulcanization technique. The study was concentrated on decreasing the compression set of the blend. The work included the following three parts:Firstly,The fitting vulcanizing systems for ECO and NBR were investigated. The results showed that the best recipe was TCY/TT for ECO and S/TT/CZ for NBR. This recipe provided the blend with low compression set,good dynamic properties and oil resistance . Secondly, the influence of micro morphology structure of the blend on compression set was studied and the dynamical vulcanization technique, which made ECO with low compression set form continuous phase and NBR with outstanding oil resistance form disperse phase. The dynamical vulcanization technique let properties of oil resistance, low temperature resistance and compression set of the blend turn into comprehensive equilibrium. So the dynamical vulcanization technique was investigated .The best technique was the following: At 150℃, dynamic curing time was t90 of NBR.Thirdly,The difference of properties of the blend prepared by static vulcanization and the blend prepared by dynamical vulcanization ,such as rheological properties,oil resistance,<WP=6>compression set were systemically studied.The results showed that the system of TCY/ TT could dramatically decrease the compression set of ECO. What is more,it could not only endow the blend with good mechanical properties but also avoid toxicity of NA-22/Pb3O4 for compounding operators. The S /TT /CZ system could also decrease the compression set of NBR and endowed the NBR/ECO blend with good comprehensive properties. Micro morphology structure of NBR/ECO blend (20/80) made by static vulcanization showed ECO could not become continuous phase because of its high density of cohesion energy .The fitting dynamical vulcanization technique made the micro morphology structure of NBR/ECO reverse. The difference of CN content of NBR and rate of the blend on properties was studied. When the rate of NBR and ECO was 30/70, the blend of NBR-41/ECO made by dynamic vulcanization was provided with low compression ,good oil resistance,aging resistance and excellent mechanical properties. Dynamical vulcanized blend of NBR/ECO filled with carbon black in both continuous phase and dispersed phase behaved well processing properties, smooth appearance of extrusion, low compression set, excellent gas barrier and oil resistance, which was a excellent sealing material.
