PLC控制技术在城市固体废料处理系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 在我国的城市建设中，城市固体废料的焚烧处理是城市固体废料的重要出路之一。本文结合工程项目“某固体废料处理系统电气控制项目的设计”，分析了该固体废料处理系统的结构、工艺以及需要解决的问题，提出了以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的城市固体废料的焚烧处理控制方案，并对此方案进行了研究和实现。 在该固体废料处理系统中，对温度和压力的控制对整个系统的安全性、有效性至关重要。本文对温度和压力的控制进行了研究，并提出了相应的控制算法，并对算法的实现进行了研究。 另外，本文结合项目对Profibus现场总线技术进行了研究，提出了智能从站方案，并对方案进行了研究和调试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Incineration is an important way to solve the municipal solid waste problem in city development. Jhis paper is based on the project "Design on the electrical control system of solid waste dispose system ". In this paper, the total plan is to design a control system for the solid waste dispose system. After analyzing the structure and technical parameter of the system, the paper brings forward a scheme based on PLC and puts it into execution.In this solid waste dispose system, how to control temperature and pressure is very important to the security of the entire system. So, this paper has a study on the control algorithm and selects the suitable algorithm.Finally, the paper has a research on Profibus fieldbus and describes the design of the intelligent slave station.更多还原
