基于LabVIEW的数据采集及分析系统的开发

【摘要】 计算机技术与测试测量仪器技术的结合,出现了新的测试仪器——虚拟仪器。采用虚拟仪器的软件战略是第三代自动测试系统的发展方向。运用虚拟仪器技术能够达到共享硬件和软件资源,快速、方便地组建各种自动测试系统,并可以方便地利用计算机的强大功能,进行信号分析、数据处理、存储以及图形化显示等。测试系统是在Windows 2000环境下开发的,针对课题内容编写了数据采集及存储模块,通过对硬件控制的程序的编写实现了对非NI驱动硬件的操作,结合具体使用条件编写数据采样程序。系统提供了丰富的数据分析功能,并对系统数据分析功能进行了详细的说明。介绍了数据回放、数据预处理、数据统计分析、频谱分析和功率谱分析。通过对标准信号的分析验证了系统数据分析的可靠性,达到了预期的设计要求。本文还给出根据线性时不变系统符合叠加原理的性质推导出的应变式测力系统的干扰方程,用Cramer法则求解干扰方程,得到测力仪横向干扰数学模型。通过对测力仪做标定,分析标定结果,并分析实验误差给出了软件系统的可靠性。针对具体的PCBN刀具车削GCr15轴承钢进行切削实验,通过应用本软件进行数据分析结果得出硬态切削的一般规律,进一步验证本系统的可靠性。应用虚拟仪器技术构建的自动测试系统可以完成应变物理量的自动测试,降低了测试成本,提高了测试效率,增强了系统的灵活性,方便了测试实验。
【Abstract】 The combination of computer technology and technology of test instruments results with the appearance of a new test instrument, virtual instruments (VI). The software strategy of VI is the developing trend of the third generation of automatic test system. Thanks to VI technology, the hardware and software resources can be shared, various automatic test system can be built rapidly, and signal analysis, data processing and graphicalized display can be carried out conveniently. The test system is developed under 2000 environments Windows, and has compiled data acquisition and memory module In terms of the subject content, and compiled program has realized non- NI’s drive hardware by means of the program of hardware control, the data sampling program is compiled according to the actual use condition.The system has provided abundant data analysis functions, and can carry on the detail explanation to the system data analysis function. Having introduced the data returns put, data pre-processing and data statistical analysis, spectrum analysis and power spectrum analysis. The expected design requirement achieve by way of having verified the reliability of system data analysis according to the analysis of standard signals.This paper quality derivation to according to the linear time invariant system fits the overlay principle the meeting an emergency type survey energetically interference equation of system, with Cramer’s principle resolution interference equation, gets the survey power apparatus transverse interference mathematical model. By way of doing the demarcation to surveying the power apparatus, the result is demarcated in the analysis, and analyses the experimental error and has given out the reliability of software system.According to turning of PCBN’s GCr15’s bearing steel cutting experiment, carry on the analysis of data result reaching the general law of hard form cutting, and verify the reliability of the system of this development further, and has marked <WP=6>perfect this system by way of applying this software. The automatic test system based on VI can accomplish the auto-test of flowrate and so on with one computer, which reduces the test cost, improves the test efficiency, enforces the system flexibility and facilitates the experiments.
