陶粒回转窑模糊控制系统

【摘要】 陶粒是一种新型的、有发展潜力的建筑材料,是粘土实心砖的主要替代品之一。因而,基于陶粒生产技术,研制具有较高自动化程度的陶粒生产设备是急待解决的问题。本文旨在设计一种基于陶粒回转窑等复杂控制对象的控制器,应用模糊控制技术建立陶粒回转窑模糊模型,实现陶粒生产的智能控制。陶粒生产过程的复杂在于其模型的难确定性,因而我们基于陶粒生产工艺和老操作工人的丰富经验,将模糊控制技术恰如其分的应用与此,建立了适合陶粒回转窑生产工艺的模糊控制系统。本控制系统的硬件以工业控制计算机为控制核心。系统软件开发采用了功能强大、面向对象的Delphi语言。根据系统的特点和要求,采用多线程编程技术,实现计算机后台实际采样、数据处理,前台动态图形显示、数据库查询和打印报警等功能,使模糊控制算法与系统的硬件结合充分,能够很好的发挥模糊控制算法解决此类问题的优越性。在课题的研究过程中,我们首先论证了模糊控制解决此类问题的优越性,确定了模糊控制算法的控制效果。最后采用工控机作为系统平台,用Delphi高级编程语言设计了系统的控制程序,真正地实现了算法与系统软硬件相结合的陶粒回转窑自动控制系统,这将促进陶粒回转窑自动控制的发展。
【Abstract】 Clay-grain is a new and potential kind of structural material, is the primary substitute of the clay-brick. So it is the most urgent problem for make high automatic productive equipment based on productive technics of clay-grain. The purpose of this thesis is devising a fuzzy controller for clay-grain rotating furnace and other complicated control object, applies fuzzy control technology to establish fuzzy model for clay-grain rotating furnace, and realize intelligent control for clay-grain rotating process.Because the complicacy of clay-grain rotating process is difficult to confirm its model, we utilize productive technics of clay-grain and and experiential worker, applied fuzzy control technology to establish fuzzy control system.The hardware core of this control system is IPC. We developed the system software by adopting Delphi language which has a mighty function, and is object-oriented. Based on the feature and requirement of this system, using multithreading to program, it realized much function of background’s of the computer such as real-time sampling, wave analyzing, and data processing; and it also realized much function of foreground’s of computer such dynamic figure displaying, data-base querying, printing, giving an alarm. Thus, fuzzy control algorithms and hardware, software of system can be combined adequately, the superiority of fuzzy control algorithms can be fully exerted.During the process of studying this task, it is argued about the superiority of using fuzzy control to settle this problem firstly, make sure the control effect of fuzzy control algorithms. Finally, it use IPC as systemic palm; use Delphi advanced language to devise the control procedure. So it comes true the clay-grain rotating furnace automatic control system. Therefore, it willpromote the automatic control development of clay-grain rotating furnace.
