知识产权搜索引擎分析与设计

【摘要】 本文从分析因特网上知识产权信息资源的分布情况及现有搜索引擎在知识产权专题信息检索中存在的问题入手，指出了构建一个专业性的知识产权搜索引擎是未来网络和社会发展的必然趋势。文章对国内外著名的搜索引擎和知识产权网所提供的信息检索功能进行了比较研究，着重介绍与分析了知识产权搜索引擎的典范——www.ipsearchengine.com。重点提出了在构建知识产权搜索引擎的过程中必须引入基于概念匹配的检索、信息挖掘、个性化和专业化的检索服务等智能检索机制。最后，文章根据知识产权信息的特点，在比较分析各种检索功能优、缺点的基础上，结合其他专业搜索引擎的优点及特点，设计出一个知识产权搜索引擎的模型，并对知识产权搜索引擎的使用、功能实现及技术支持等进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the distribution of information resources of intellectual property on Internet, the paper points out some problems from intellectual property information retrieval using online search engine. The author thinks that the problems can be solved if designing and building a model of specialized intellectual property search engine. Specialized search engine is the suitable search engine to the future networks. The author researches the famous online search engines’ retrieval functions about intellectual property informations and comparatively analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, then stressintroduces the world-famous web set-www. ipsearchengine. com . Whenwe design an intellectual property search engine, we must use intelligent retrieval mechanism of search engine, including searching on the basis of concept matching, information mining and offering individual and specialized retrieval services. Finally, combining with the feature of intellectual property informations, the author builts a theoretical model of intellectual property search engine, discussing its using ways, functions and backup techniques.更多还原
