【摘要】 目的：探讨二归补肾方治疗肾阳虚型慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。 方法：选择2003年6月至2004年2月门诊及住院治疗的30例肾阳虚型慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者，采用随机对照的原则分为中药治疗组、西药对照组两组，分别给予二归补肾方、康力龙片治疗6月，对治疗前后病人外周血象(Hb、WBC、PLT、LYM、GR、Ret)、骨髓象、中医证候疗效及有效率四项指标进行比较。 结果：二归补肾方治疗CAA总有效率为86.7％，中医证候改善率为93.3％。治疗组与对照组治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(GR)、网织红细胞(Ret)、血小板(PLT)均有明显上升，而淋巴细胞(LYM)明显下降，与疗前相比存在显著性差异(P＜0.05)。治疗组疗后除PLT与对照组相比无显著性差异(P＞0.05)外，治疗组Hb、WBC、LYM、GR、Ret、中医证候疗效、骨髓象以及有效率改变情况均与对照组有着显著性差异(P＜0.05)，这提示二归补肾方治疗慢性再障疗效优于对照组。另外，治疗组未发现明显毒副作用，不良反应发生率低。 结论：二归补肾方治疗肾阳虚型慢性再生障碍性贫血有确切疗效，治疗安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical curative effect on Chronic Aplastic Anemia by using Erguibushen decoction.Methods: 30 cases of inpatients with CAA from June 2003 to February 2004 were selected and divided into two groups randomly(Chinese medicine treatment group, Western medicine control group), and were treated with Erguibushen, Stanozolol respectively for 6 months. The curative effect, Chinese medical syndromes, hemogram(Hb, WBC, PLT,LYM,GR,Ret) and mylogram were observed. Moreover, all of above were compared between treatment and contrnol group.Results: The total effective rate of Erguibushen treating CAA with Kidney-Yang Vacuity was 86.7% while Chinese medical syndromes improvement rate was 93.3%, and the results showed that hemogramWBC, LYM, GR. ReU PLT), mylogram, Chinese medical syndromes and curative effect were significantly enhanced both in treatment and control group. As a result, it made better to the therapeatic group than to the control group about hemogram, mylogranu Chinese medical syndromes and curative effect. This prompted Erguibushen decoction treating CAA better than that of Stanozolol. Futhurmore, it is clear that the treatment group has the fewer toxic and side effect.Conclusions: Erguibushen decoction is effective in treating chronic aplastic anemia with Kidney -Yang vacuity, and it has characters as wide safety scope and good security utilities.更多还原
