【摘要】 目的：探讨九香心痛舒对实验性高脂血症大鼠、高脂血症血瘀大鼠模型血液流变学、血脂代谢、血小板活化的影响及血管内皮功能保护、修复的作用，进而探讨九香心痛舒的作用机理。 方法：高脂饲料喂服所致高脂血症大鼠及在此基础上采用肾上腺素皮下注射加冰水刺激所致高脂血症血瘀模型，观察各组大鼠血液流变学改变、血脂代谢情况、血小板活化程度及NO的改变。 结果：九香心痛舒能明显改善大鼠血液粘度(低切、中切、高切)、血浆粘度等血液流变学指标的变化(P＜0.05)，其高剂量作用效果较好，在某些方面优于阳性对照组。九香心痛舒能明显降低血脂，改善血脂代谢；抑制血小板活化、聚集；改善血管内皮功能，促进NO生成、释放(P＜0.05)，其中高剂量作用效果明显，在某些方面优于对照组(P＜0.05)。 结论：九香心痛舒通过活血化瘀、行气化痰能够改善高脂血症状态下血脂异常代谢、抑制血小板活化、聚集；改善血管内皮功能，促进NO生成、释放；纠正血液流变学的异常改变，从而实现痰瘀同治，达到预防和延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生和进程，防治心脑血管疾病的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Jiu xiang xin tong shu pill on the hemorheology , metabolism of lipoprotein , activated platelets and protecting and rehabilitating function of endothelium vessel of experimental rats with hyperlipidemia or hyperlipidemia and blood stasis ,so as to understand its mechanism .Methods: To feed hyperlipide feedstuff to engender rats with hyperlipidemia and hereon to hypodermic injecting adrenalin to rats and drop it into ice water to induce rats with both hyperlipidemia and blood stagnancy then to observe difference of hemrheology and metabolism of lipoprotein and activing degree of blood plate and serum level of NO .Result: Jiu xiang xin tong shu pill greatly decreased the whole blood viscosity (high-shear , middle-shear , low-shear) and plasm viscosity (p<0.05) , especially high dose had more effection than control trials in some degree . Its high dose had better effection on falling lipemia level, accelerating its metabolism ; mending endothelium vessel; promoting NO level (p<0.05). Conclusion: Jiu xiang xin tong shu pill regulates disorder of lipid metabolism ;depresses activated platelets ; mends endothelium vessel ; increases NO level and balances hemorheology by activating blood circulation to disspate blood stasis , activating QI and eliminating phlegm , and then realizes to removing both phlegm and blood stasis at the same time , and achieve preventing and staving appearance or course of AS and achieve the purpose of preventing and curing heart-brain vas disease.更多还原
