复方鹰不泊对环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-2及血T淋巴细胞亚群影响的研究

【摘要】 目的: 观察复方鹰不泊对环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠血清IFN-y、IL-2及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。 方法: NH小鼠随机分为模型组和正常对照组.模型组予以腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,再随机分为三组,分别灌服NS、复方鹰不泊、香菇菌多糖,正常组灌服NS,连续14天,处死,心脏采血,分离出血清和淋巴细胞,分别采用ELISA法检测小鼠血清IFN-Y、IL-2,采用免疫组化法检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+T细胞。 结果: 1复方鹰不泊组小鼠血清IFN-Y高于模型组小鼠,差异有显著性(p<0.05),血清IL-2高于模型组小鼠,差异有显著性(p<0.005); 2复方鹰不泊组小鼠外周血CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+T淋巴细胞高于模型组小鼠,差异有显著性(p<0.005)。 结论: 1复方鹰不泊能上调免疫抑制小鼠血清IFN-Y,IL-2表达。 2复方鹰不泊能提高免疫抑制小鼠外周血CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+T细胞数量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of FuFangYingBuPo on blood IFN-y and IL-2 and blood the-depedent T-lymphocytes of Cyclophosphamide immu-nnosuppressant miceMethods: The model of Cyclophosphamide-immunosuppressant mice were established and were randomly divided into 3 groups by home.The normal control group was treated with NS, and the other groups were treated with NS, FuFangYingBuPo, polysacc-haridi lentinus edodest respectively for 14 days. IFN-yand IL-2 in blood serum and the number of CD3+,CD4+andCD8+ cells of blood thy-dependent T-lymphocytesin Cyclophosphamide-immunosuppressant mice were observed by the techniques of ELISA and SABC respectively.Results: IFN-r and IL-2 in blood serum in the group treated withFuFangYingBuPo was higher than that in the model group, difference between two groups was significant(p <0. 05, p <0. 005 ); The number of CD3+ CD4+ CD8+ cells of blood thy-dependent T-lymphocytes group treated with FuFangYingBuPo was higher than that in the model group, difference between two groups was significant ( p <0. 005).Conclusion: FuFangYingBuPo can enhance IFN-r and IL-2 in blood serum of Cyclophosphamide-immunosuppressant mice, and improve the number of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ cells of blood thy-dependent T-lymphocytes in Cyclophosphamide-immunosuppressant mice.
