软岩巷道流变分析及应用

【摘要】 由于软岩的流变特性,在长期荷载作用下的软岩巷道支护设计必须考虑岩石的流变特性,本文在这方面作了初步尝试。本文针对河南义马常村矿下山软岩巷道围岩变形速度快、变形量大,变形时间长、难支护的具体情况,选用Bingham流变模型,详细分析了弹-粘塑性理论和二维弹-粘塑性问题的求解方法和步骤,并以此为基础研制开发了“二维弹-粘塑性有限元数值模拟软件”,最后利用此软件对常村矿21盘区延深下山掘前预采卸压试验进行了优化设计,主要研究了以下内容:支承压力在采空区内及底板岩石中分布规律及卸压区范围预测,延深下山合理位置,卸压工作面合理参数及位置,岩石下山巷道围岩变形规律,岩石下山巷道合理支护时间和支护控制,掘前预采卸压试验效果分析。在研究巷道位置选择时,提出了岩体强度发挥系数的概念,并且在巷道的位置选择时把底板分区指标和强度发挥系数指标结合起来,使之更加符合实际。卸压与支护试验取得良好的效果,说明用二维弹-粘塑性有限元理论分析巷道周边应力变形是可行的。

【Abstract】 Because of the Theological characteristics of soft rock, the Theological characteristics of rock must be considered in support and design of soft rock roadway bearing long-time load, this paper tries to do this. According to the local conditions of rapid deformation rate, large deformation, long deformation time and difficult support of Henan Yima Chang village mine, this paper studies and develops 2D elasto-visco-plastic finite element numeric simulation software with the Bingham model after analyzing 2D elasto-visco-plastic finite element theory, solutions and steps of 2D elasto-visco-plastic problems thoroughly. This paper studies the pre-mining and relieving test of No.21 pan extending dipheads of Chang village mine, the following contents are included: distribution law of abutment pressure in gob and floor rock mass and relieving area prediction, rational position of extending dipheads, reasonable parameters and position of relieving face, deformation law of surrounding rock of rock dipheads, rational support-time of rock dipheads roadway, support and control of rock dipheads roadway, test result analysis of pre-mining and relieving. As to the choosing index of roadway position, this paper brings forward a new concept, that is effective strength coefficient. Combining the floor-distribution index with the index of effective strength coefficient must be more consistent with practice. It has great significance. The result of local relieving and support test are good.
