客车空调系统计算机辅助设计软件的研究与开发

【摘要】 客车空调系统设计是客车设计中的一项较为复杂的设计内容,要求高、工作量大。传统的设计过程花费时间长、准确性差,部分客车上选用的空调设备不能满足性能要求,影响了整车的舒适性和新产品开发的周期。目前,被广泛应用于汽车、机械、建筑、交通等各个领域的CAD技术是一项能提高产品设计质量、缩短开发周期和降低劳动强度的新型技术。因此,本课题本着为客车制造厂家提供一套实用的、初步完整的、有一定先进性的、人机交互友好的客车空调系统设计CAD软件的原则,将客车空调系统设计过程与CAD技术结合,开发了一套专用于客车空调系统设计的计算机辅助设计软件——KCKT CAD系统,并在SX6120高级旅游大客车的设计中进行了应用。 在KCKT CAD系统的开发过程中,遵循软件工程的原则和方法,联系实际建立了客车空调系统设计CAD软件的框架;利用面向对象编程(OOP)技术、开放式数据库互连(ODBC)技术,以及CAXA电子图板和CAXA实体设计等技术,初步完成了客车空调系统设计CAD系统的设计计算、设备选型、数据库管理子系统以及图形处理子系统的研究与开发。 应用本课题研究与开发的KCKT CAD系统,能在客车设计过程中大大提高空调系统的设计水平、设计质量和设计效率,降低设计人员的劳动强度,较好地满足客车空调系统设计CAD系统集成的需要,具有一定的使用价值和广阔的应用前景。同时,对客车制造厂家开发全面的专用客车CAD系统也具有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Designing bus air-conditioning system is a relative complicated work in designing bus. It need satisfied with many qualifications, and include many tasks. Traditional designing process not only takes time but also is too inexact to make some air-conditioning equipment not meeting request. These greatly affect the comfort of the bus and the periods of developing a new manufacture. Now, CAD technology being widely applying to every field is a new technology which could improve quality of the manufacture, shorten the period of developing a new manufacture, and reduce labor intensity. Therefore, the thesis aims at empoldering software which is used in the process of designing and manufacturing the bus air-conditioning system in bus manufactory. And the software should be applied, advanced, and integrative. In the end, the thesis checks up the software by designing air-conditioning system for SX6120 coach bus.In the process of empoldering the software, contacting theories with facts, and conforming to the principles of software project, the thesis sets up an elementary software system frame. In virtue of the means of OOP, ODBC and some modules in CAXA, the software system which includes calculation system, choice system, DBMS and graphical interfaces system was studied and built up.Through designing air-conditioning system for SX6120 coach bus, it was proved that the software which the thesis introduced could improve the engineer’s level, quality and efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and content with the need of a compositive software system for the designing of Air-Conditioning system CAD. It was proved that the system not only possesses exploitation value and widely dynamogenetic value but also could provide with the important referenced value for empoldering appropriative bus design CAD system of manufactory.
