超载运输对路面结构的损伤研究

【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国公路建设的飞速发展有力地带动了沿线经济的发展,同时也使公路运输结构发生了深刻的变化,出现了“重载、大流量和渠化交通”的特点。巨大的交通量和载重对路面结构造成极为严重的损伤,致使路面产生了不同程度的早期破坏。 本文在以往研究成果的基础上,针对由于超载对路面结构造成的损伤,以现行设计规范为依据,从超载与现行路面设计方法的关联入手,通过分析超载交通路面的破坏现象,研究了超载对路面使用功能的影响及对路面材料设计和结构设计的本质影响。分析表明,超载交通加剧了路面的早期破坏,使路面提前达到其服役年限;超载的发生使轴载统计产生误差,引起路面设计指标不准确从而对路面结构设计产生较大影响;随超载程度和超载次数的增加,路面使用寿命及材料疲劳寿命迅速降低,路面结构内部的应力分布发生变化,路面的结构应力和结构厚度随之增加。
【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening goes deeper in our country, the rapid progress of highway construction, not only develops the economy along the line, but also changes greatly constructor of highway transportation. As a result the character of overload ,big traffic volume and channelized traffic is more and more apparent. Great traffic volume and heavy load make serious damage on the surface structure of the road and lead early destruction in varying degree on it.Based on the former research findings, against to early damage of pavement structure by overload, according to the design specification, this paper start the research from the relation between overload and pavement design method, through analyzing the pavement destruction of overload, study the overloads affection on pavement perfonnance, pavement material design and the affection of structure design. The result shows that overload traffic increases the early destruction to pavement, and decreases the normal service life. The overload traffic also brings error into the load statistics and it makes fatigue life short rapidly with the number of overload increasing. It makes loading stress changes in pavement structure and it makes loading stress and thickness of pavement larger.
