沥青胶浆技术性能及评价方法研究

【摘要】 沥青和填料组成沥青胶浆,在沥青混合料中起粘结和填充作用,对沥青混合料的技术性能有着重大影响。本文以石灰石矿粉、水泥和消石灰为填料,采用0.6~1.2的粉胶比,通过常规试验、动态剪切流变仪和Brookfield旋转粘度仪来分析沥青胶浆的技术性能,研究不同填料和不同粉胶比对沥青胶浆性能的影响。在此基础上,针对常规试验指标评价沥青胶浆性能的不足,自行开发了沥青胶浆锥入度试验和低温弯曲试验,通过研究提出合理有效的评价标准。另外,利用扫描电子显微镜和热重分析,对沥青胶浆微观形态结构进行了观察。
【Abstract】 The mixture of asphalt and filler called asphalt mortar is an adhesive and packing material in asphalt mixture. It has an important influence on asphalt mixture’s technical performance. In this paper, the influence of different filler sorts such as limestone dust, cement and hydrated lime,and different rates of filler and asphalt such as 0.6,0.8,1.0 and 1.2 on the asphalt mortars’ properties has been studied by way of conventional tests, Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR) and Brookfield viscometer. On the basement, analysing some disadvantages of applying conventional tests to evaluating asphalt mortars’ properties, a new cone penetration test and a bending test at low temperature used to asphalt mortar are developed. A new evaluation criterion has been brought forward and it is reasonable and effective to evaluate asphalt mortars’ properties. Finally, asphalt mortars’ microstructure is observed through Scanning Electronic Microscopy(SEM) and Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).
