公交优先技术措施影响分析

【摘要】 公交优先作为一种交通发展策略，已成为我国许多城市解决交通拥堵问题的必然选择。公交优先的落实，意味着公交优先技术措施的推广和应用。但目前我国公交优先的研究，较多集中在策略层面，具体的项目实施方法和相应的基础性研究较为缺乏。此外，公交优先技术的实施势必对城市交通产生较大的影响，且有利有弊。如何分析和评价这种影响，如何在有利和不利之间寻求一种平衡，进而为决策提供依据，是迫切需要解决的问题。 因此，本文在分析公交优先技术措施构成的基础上，着重对其中的公交专用道设置方法和公交信号优先技术进行了研究探讨。随后又对公交优先措施的影响进行了分析，提出了一套基于仿真的分析流程。最后通过实例分析，对文中提出的模型方法的实用性进行了验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a development strategy of urban traffic, Transit priority becomes a necessary choice to solve traffic jams in many cities of our country. The implement of transit priority presumes the broad application of transit priority techniques. But now, the studies about transit priority techniques are relatively lack, and which is mostly focused on the strategies study. Furthermore the application of transit priority techniques will consequentially impact the urban traffic in certain degree. Some of impacts are advantageous, but some is disadvantageous. How to analysis the impacts and get a balance between the advantage and disadvantage, is an impending problem.Hence, basing on the analysis on the composing of transit priority techniques, the paper studies the design methods for bus lines, bus stops and transit signal priority on emphasis. Where after the paper analyses the impacts and put forward an evaluation flow based on traffic simulation. Finally the models constructed in paper are used in an example analysis.更多还原
