山区公路沥青路面基面层滑移分析

【摘要】 本文首先根据山区公路沥青路面基面层滑移病害的调查结果,对产生层间滑移破坏的基本原因进行了初步分析。之后利用多层弹性层状体系计算程序,分析了路面结构在行车荷载作用下层间剪应力的一般规律,探讨了荷载条件和路面结构参数(基层和面层的模量、厚度)对基面层间剪应力的影响。 在前述分析的基础上,利用课题组自行研制的DLG-A路面材料剪切试验仪进行了层间滑移模拟试验,考察了不同的基层、面层类型以及温度条件对层间抗剪能力的影响,并提出了防止基面层滑移的合理建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the results of investigations the paper firstly analyzes the basic reasons of cutting-slippage between the base and surface of asphalt pavement of mountain road. Then elastic multi-layer theory is used to calculate and analyze the shear stress between the base and surface. Furthermore, it is discussed how the shear stress is affected by loads and parameters of pavement (including modulus and thickness of base and surface).According to the former analysis, lots of laboratory experiments of cutting slippage have been carried out to study the effect of different temperatures and types of base and surface through self-developed DLG-A testing instrument. In the end the paper proposes some reasonable advice to prevent cutting-slippage between the base and surface.
