可生物降解润滑油基础油与添加剂配伍性研究

【摘要】 本文从环保角度出发,首先分析了生物可降解润滑油基础油(菜籽油)的降解机理,介绍了国外评价生物可降解润滑剂的试验方法,着重介绍了土壤法的内容和应用前景。其次,通过对比试验对可降解润滑剂的低温性能进行了研究,提出了“勾连”理论。对ZDDP在菜籽油中的抗氧、抗腐和抗磨性能进行了研究,得出了ZDDP在其中的最佳加量区间,为以后的可降解润滑剂的工作进行了基础性的研究。对各个温度下的粘度变化率的变化机理进行了探讨。应用了混料设计来组织试验,试验方案在相同数目的试验条件下所包含的信息量最大。应用本文所推导的混料设计表进行了清净剂、分散剂的复配试验,得出了最佳的比例关系。

【Abstract】 At first, the author makes a general analysis to the Bio-degrade principal of Bio-base-oil (rape seed) base on the term of protect environment. Giving a introduction to the Bio-degrade testing method of lubricants in foreign countries. Playing the emphasis on the introduction of the method of soil. Then, studying on the performance of Bio-degrade lubricants in low temperature through contrast method. Making a found of "tangle" theory. Studying on the ZDDP’s performances in Anti-oxidization, Anti-erosion and Anti-wear in rapeseed. Get a optimum field of interpolate quantity. Carrying out a base research for further study on Bio-degrade lubricants. Studying on the variation of viscosity in different temperature. Making a dispute to the principle of the variation-rate in different temperature. Organizing a test base on the method of amalgamation. The method has been proved that it concluded the maximum information in the same condition. The author facilitates the table, which has been induced in the paper to carry out the testing of the detergent and dispersion. Then get a optimum proportion base on the test.
