西北太平洋波高场的分析及对海上军事活动的影响

【摘要】 海洋气象水文条件对海军活动的影响很大,如云雾和降水都能影响雷达波的传播,出现气象干扰回波;气象条件决定何种战术的使用;不良能见度妨碍舰艇的机动,却是潜艇、快艇等小战术群进行突袭的有利条件;大风引起大浪,海浪使舰艇摇摆,影响导弹、火炮和鱼雷等武器的使用,限制小艇出航等等。 通过对西北太平洋波高场的分析,找出该海域影响舰艇海上军事活动的规律和结论,可以有效地指导海军舰艇在该海域进行作战、训练、航行等,从而可以最大程度避免由于该海域海浪的影响而造成舰艇在海上航行、武器发射等方面可能出现的问题和安全事故。 本研究使用了搜集到的GEOSAT高度计波浪资料的全部(从1986年11月8日——1989年2月10日计850天)、和TOPEX/Poseidon(1992年10月-1998年2月)的遥感资料。研究海域为中国海和西北太平洋,即105°E~180°E和0°N~60°N的海域。如图2.1.1。统计表明,在此空间域和时间域上的资料个数为:1037万。 文中先后统计研究了我国南海、东海海域的有效波高统计分布,继而扩大到中国近海各海域及西北太平洋有效波高分布、波级分布等。得出中国海不同季节波高≥2.5米的分布频率。 海浪对水面舰艇、潜艇的航行有直接的影响。海浪对舰载武器的发射、对布设水雷、对舰载机起飞和着落,以及对舰艇登陆和舰艇乘员等部造成不同程度的影响,影响军事战斗力的发挥,从而影响舰船海上作战训练等活动。 通过分析,得出中国海平均波高的时空分布特征,指出适合海上舰艇活动的时间和海域,有针对性地提出海上舰艇最佳活动时间和区域。 通过对指定海区海浪要素的分析和总结,提出在该区域进行作战训练的最好时间和区域,为作战训练计划的制定、战术使用、首长决策等提供技术依据。

【Abstract】 It have a lot effect on navy’s on the condition of ocean hydrometeorology. for instance: cloud, mist and rain all can effect the propagation of radar and can bring the variation of such a disturbance with them; tactics depends on weather; A poor visibility is an unfavorable condition on galleys’ agility while it benefits submarines and yacht’s assault ; gale across rough sea then waves rock galleys, so make it full of difficulties to use some arms such as missiles, guns and fish torpedos. and makes yachts can hardly go to sea.As a result. I found the laws of naval operations in the sea area after my analysis on the wave height field of the Northwest-Pacific, it can coach galleys available for fight, drill, sailing etc. accordingly it can avoid accident and some problems that galleys would conduce to when they sailing or launch arms in the sea area mostly.In the investigation I have use all the wave date that gathered from GEOSAT altimeter (since 8th Nov 1986 to 10th Feb 1989 sum to 850days) and TOPEX/Poseidon (Oct 1992-Feb 1998) remote sensing data. The sea area investigation is Chinese sea and the Northwest-Pacific, namely 105 E-1800 E and 0 N-60 N . Refer to chart 2.1.1. Count tell that data in the space field and time field sum to 10.370,000.This thesis has successively investigated the count on significant wave height of Nanhai sea and Donghai sea up to near waters of China and the Northwest-Pacific. Then 1 educed the distribution frequency that the wave height in different season in Chinese sea.Sea wave directly affects the sailing of galleys and submarines, and it also affects launching carrier arms, emplacing mine, carrier plane taking off and touching down and it some how affects naval landing, till aim of the combat.Though the analysis I educe the character of wave height average distributions on time/space in Chinese sea. and can indicate the time and the sea area that fit for naval action.And if can offer technical warranty for planning campaign and training, for selecting tactics, and for commander’s decision.
