基于功率平衡原理的串联型有源电力滤波器研究

【摘要】 随着电力电子技术的发展及电力电子装置的普遍应用,在电力系统中产生了大量的电力谐波,已引起世界各国的广泛关注。有源电力滤波器(APF)作为一种治理电网谐波行之有效的方法,能对频率和幅值都变化的谐波进行跟踪补偿,且补偿效果不受电网阻抗的影响,因而成为谐波抑制的重要趋势。目前并联型的有源电力滤波器已得到很好的发展和运用,而串联型的有源电力滤波器由于其控制较为困难所以其发展相对滞后,但是该种滤波器的电路结构特点相对并联型有源电力滤波器更适合抑制电压型谐波源,为此本文提出了一种基于功率平衡原理的串联型有源电力滤波器的新型控制方法,该种控制方式思路清晰,控制电路简单,可以实现对谐波和无功电流的同时补偿。本论文所做的主要工作如下:[1] 通过对电压型谐波源以及并联型、串联型APF电路结构的分析,讨论不同APF电路对电压型谐波源抑制特点,论述了研究串联型APF的意义。[2] 对本文中采用的功率平衡原理进行了阐述,提出了运用等效电阻的概念来补偿谐波源的思路。通过分析对不同状态下有源电力滤波器电路中能量的变化,得出了实现控制思路的各参数间的逻辑关系,并以具体的电路实现。[3] 对设计电路中器件的具体参数进行了确定,并运用仿真软件来验证了控制思路和控制电路的正确性。通过对仿真结果的分析,论文得出了控制电路工作性能良好的结论。[4] 针对滞环控制法存在的一些问题论文提出了基于功率平衡原理的单周控制串联型APF,推导出控制方程,给出了控制电路,并用仿真对理论予以验证。[5] 分析基于功率平衡原理的三相串联型有源电力滤波器的控制思路,设计了具体的控制电路,并对仿真结果进行了分析,验证控制原理的正确性;讨论了电流型谐波源的特点,以及用串联APF与PF分别补偿该类谐波源的效果,验证了运用串联型APF补偿思路的正确性以及基于功率平衡原理的串联型APF 与PF混合补偿电流型谐波源的良好效果。[6]基于前面的理论分析,设计了一个基于功率平衡原理的单相串联型APF的实验电路,进行了实验研究,实验结果证实了理论分析和仿真结果的正确性。

【Abstract】 With the development of power electronics and the wide application of power electronics equipments, a great amount of power harmonic is generated in power system, which draws attention all over the world. As an effective way to correct power harmonic, Active Power Filter (APF) can track and compensate any harmonic that is variable in frequency and amplitude. What’s more, network impedance has no effect on the compensative result. Therefore, APF becomes the important trend to restrain power harmonic. At present, the application and development of parallel APF is outstanding. While, series APF spreads much slower than parallel APF because it is trouble in control. However, because of circuit structure characteristic of series APF let it have an advantage over parallel APF on restraining voltage type harmonic source. So, this article presents a novel method that is series APF with power equilibrium. The clear control loop has been realized with simple circuit and the proposed series APF can compensate both harmonic and reactive current simultaneously. Main tasks of the article are presented as follow: [1] Discuss different APF circuit character on restraining voltage type harmonic source, and dissert the meaning of researching series APF, according to analyzing voltage type harmonic source and circuit structures of parallel APF and series APF. [2] Dissert the principle of power equilibrium, and present the method that is making use of equivalent resistance to compensate harmonic source. Through analyzing a change in energy under different circumstance of APF circuit, logical relation among parameters has been gained, and a real circuit is realized.[3] Ensure the device parameters in the designed circuit, and certificate the validity of control thought and circuit by adopting simulation software. The simulation results show the excellent quality of the control circuit.[4] This article presents unified constant-frequency integration control series APF with power equilibrium aiming at the problem of hysterisis control method, control equation and control circuit has also been acquired, finally approve the theory through simulation.[5] Control thought of three-phase series APF with power equilibrium is analyzed. A designed control circuit has been simulated to certificate validity of control theory. Discuss the character of current type harmonic source and the effect which series APF <WP=6>and PF compensate this kind of harmonic source separately. Approve validity of the thought that series APF compensates current type harmonic source. Excellent effect that series APF with power equilibrium compensates current type harmonic source together with PF is ensured.[6] Based on the former theoretical analysis, a single-phase series APF experimental circuit with power equilibrium is designed, the experiment results confirm the validity of theoretical analysis and simulation conclusion.
