竖向流曝气生物滤池处理城市污水特性研究

【摘要】 水资源短缺是制约我国经济和社会发展的重要因素,而大量的城市污水未经任何处理或略加处理直接排入水域是造成水环境质量在总体上继续恶化的主要原因。因此,研究开发符合我国国情的简易高效低耗城市污水处理新工艺是当务之急,曝气生物滤池就是解决这一问题的重要技术途径之一。本文对采用酶促生物填料的曝气生物滤池处理城市污水进行了试验研究,试验内容包括滤池的挂膜启动、滤池在各个水力停留时间(HRT)下处理城市污水的性能及相关参数对处理效果的影响等。试验结果表明:曝气生物滤池在22.1~27.8℃条件下以二沉池污泥为接种污泥,14d左右完成启动挂膜过程;当进水COD在300~500mg/l范围内变化,水力停留时间取8h,气水比为7时,出水达到GB18918—2002中的一级B类标准,且能耗较低,处理效果稳定;同时,滤池对N、P也有一定的去除效果。试验结果还表明:有机物和悬浮物的去除受填料层高度影响;上向流滤池对城市污水的去除效果优于下向流滤池。对滤池填料上生物膜进行镜检,观察到生物膜呈绒毛状的伸展状态,填充了颗粒间的大空隙通道内的空间,加强了生物膜对悬浮物的捕捉作用,强化了生物絮凝作用。通过推导建立了曝气生物滤池有机物降解的动力学模型,经验证说明,所建立的底物降解动力学模型能在工程允许误差范围之内对出水有机物浓度进行较好的估计,具有较强的预测性。 (g/(m2.d))
【Abstract】 Shortage of water resource is an important restricting-factor of the economy and society development in China,and a great deal of municipal sewage directly draining into water body without any treatment or with little treatment is a main cause why the quality of water environment has been deteriorating as a whole. So it is urgent to research and develop simple、high-efficient、low-consumptive treatment techniques for municipal sewage correspond to the situation of China. Aerated biofilter is one of the important technical approaches to resolve the problem. The study focuses on municipal sewage treatment using an aerated biofilter in which enzyme-promoted media is used. It includes start-up of the filter under condition of natural temperature,and performance of the filter treating municipal sewage under some hydraulic retention time(HRT), and the effects of the parameters correlated to the filter.The results demonstrate:It takes about 14d to complete the start-up under the condition of 22.1~27.8℃ with the sludge of gravity thicken tank as seed. When the COD in influent varies between300~500mg/l,and HRT is 8h,the ratio of air flow rate to wastewater flow rate is 7,the effluent can reach first standard B species of GB18918-2002. Besides, N、P in influent can be remove to some degree. The results also indicate that the height of media layer affect the removal of organic substrate and suspended solid; the up-flow BAF is better than down-flow BAF in treating municipal sewage.At the same time, dynamic model of the aerated biofilter treating municipal sewage is deduced according to the experimental date. The model is: (g/(m2.d))Based on the model,effluent quality could be forecasted.
