支持异地协同设计的机群有限元计算可视化后处理初探

A Preliminary Study on Visual Post-Process of the Cluster FEM Supporting Remote Cooperative Design

【摘要】 虚拟设计和制造是当前机械设计领域的研究热点,CAD、CAE、CAM的集成化成为必然趋势。基于WEB技术的异地协同设计、异地协同分析、异地协同生产的关键是共享信息,如何实现远程的设计、分析、制造之间及时有效的信息交流和实时异地操作是共享研究的重点。以有限元数值分析技术为核心的CAE在机械设计领域越来越发挥重要作用,成为现代化企业设计和生产的关键环节。有限元数值分析技术发展方向之一是在个人计算机组成的机群环境下进行三维超大型结构的大规模并行分析。在机群环境下,还可以实现对有限元分析的大量结果数据的三维可视化,产生充分反映数据场变量信息的可视化图形图像。为了满足远程设计端对有限元分析结果的共享要求,采用基于WEB技术的客户端和服务器模式,实现有限元计算可视化结果的网络后处理,把有限元计算可视化结果利用JPEG技术压缩,进行远程高效传递,实现计算端对设计端信息共享的支持,以屏幕交互的方式实现设计端对计算端的实时反馈。文章首先从三维有限单元法的分析过程和特点开始,说明了三维有限元计算的并行性特点,探讨了以个人计算机为节点的机群有限元并行计算环境的建立,以及有限元软件技术的发展。接着对在机群环境下进行有限元计算数据可视化涉及的技术和方法进行讨论,就任意剖面求解,等值面、表面等值线的绘制,彩色云图的绘制等问题进行了介绍。利用VC++和OPENGL的混合编程技术,对实现有限元计算可视化结果的三维模型重建,真实感图像的显示绘制技术进行了探讨。最后详细讨论了利用JPEG压缩技术实现对有限元计算可视化结果进行压缩和解压缩,完成JPEG编码和解码算法用于有限元计算结果可视化图像压缩和解压缩的程序设计,实现有限元计算结果可视化图像的快速和高效的远程传递,为设计提供及时、可靠的数值分析结果,支持异地协同设计。文章最后对本研究加以总结,提出进一步研究的方向。

【Abstract】 The development of virtual enterprise is very hot in mechanical design and the integrate of CAD,CAE,CAM is current now. The key of remote Cooperative Design, remote Cooperative Analysis, remote cooperative manufacture, which based of WEB technic, is the share of information. So, the development focus is aimed at how to realize the effective information transform in time and the remote real-time operate between remote design, analysis and manufacture.CAE whose kernel is the FEM numerical analysis now acts very important role in mechanical design gradually and is the key tache of the design and manufacture in the modern enterprise. The new development of FEM numerical analysis is to parallel analysis 3-D super large structure by the Cluster composed of PC. Using the Cluster, not only could the parallel analysis be done, but also the visualization of the great of date from FEM analysis can be done by parallel technic. For the share of the result of visualization with the remote cooperative design, we can real the net post-process of the visualization result picture of remote FEM analysis by client and server.The thesis preliminarily develop the parallel calculate environment of the cluster and the correlated technic of visualization of FEM analysis result date. The thesis developed and programmed the compress of the visual FEM analysis result date.The thesis introduce the analysis process and character of 3-D finite element method firstly, then discus the parallel arithmetic of FEM and the construct of the parallel FEM analysis environment by PC. The technique and method of the visualization of result date of FEM analysis is discussed, such as free section, isosurface, isoline, color nephogram. Using the VC++ and OPENGL, the 3-D model reestablish of the FEM visual picture and the protract of the third dimension graph is discussed. At last the compress of FEM visual result using JPEG, then the high efficiency transmit of the compress result in the net in time, which provides the analysis result for the cooperative design, is discussed.In the end, we point out the next development direction in the future.
