基于AutoCAD的网络化实时协同设计系统的研究

【摘要】 并行工程、敏捷制造和柔性制造是21世纪的先进生产模式,计算机支持的协同设计是并行工程的重要组成部分,其重要性在于使不同地点的管理人员、设计人员、施工人员以及用户等都能同步或异步地参与设计工作,从而提高设计的质量和效率。实时协同设计技术是属于计算机支持的协同设计领域的热点研究方向之一。本文所涉及的研究内容是在国家自然科学基金项目“基于网络技术在异构环境下多点合作设计关键技术研究”(项目编号59875087)和“共享模型驱动的异地实时协同设计方法和技术研究”(项目编号51075113)的资助下,较为系统地综述了计算机支持的协同设计的基本概念、特点、功能需求和体系结构以及协同设计系统的环境、平台和工具,针对当前协同设计在应用中存在的若干问题,提出了开发实时协同设计系统的构想。本文对实时协同设计的工作模式及应用系统的开发技术进行了详细的探讨和研究,主要进行了以下几方面的工作:① 论述了实时协同设计系统所涉及的关键技术,针对传统的实时协同设计系统的体系结构存在的问题,提出了解决方案,建立混合式体系结构,由协同服务器负责会话管理、访问控制、并发控制等,数据传输、存储则采用分布式管理。② 利用基于COM组件技术的ActiveX控件作为开发技术,在微软提供的NetMeeting COM API基础上开发系统的网络通信模块,建立多机协同处理机制,提高系统的柔性,实现异地多点实时协同设计。③ 运用AutoCAD 2000的二次开发工具ObjectARX 2000来访问AutoCAD COM对象开发设计系统的人—机交互界面,增强系统的人—人交互性能,满足产品实时协同设计的需要。④ 为全面满足实时协同设计中各种实体编辑方式的需要,在课题组前一阶段研究进展的基础上,完善实时协同设计系统的编辑功能,对原有系统的修改功能子模块进行改进实现多实体群操作功能,以及增加图案填充功能子模块来实现图案填充的功能。
【Abstract】 Concurrent Engineering, Agile Manufacturing and Flexible Manufacturing are the production patterns in the 21 centuries. Computer Supported Cooperative Design, CSCD, is an important part of Concurrent Engineering. It is important that managers, designers, manufacturers and users are able to participate in the design at different places synchronously or asynchronously. With its help, the quality of design can be improved and the efficiency of design can be raised.The technique of Real-time Cooperative Design is one of research topics in CSCD. The study in this paper is supported by the NSFC (No.59875087 and No.51075113). In this paper, the fundamental conception, characteristic, function and requirement, the system structure of CSCD and the environment, platform, tools of cooperative design system are systematically summarized. The plan of Real-time Cooperative Design system is proposed in order to solve the problems in CSCD. The work pattern of Real-time Cooperative Design and the developing technique of the application system are discussed and studied in detail. The major work in this paper is as follow:① Discussed the key technique of Real-time Cooperative Design system and proposed the solution in order to solve the problems in the structure of traditional Real-time Cooperative Design. A mixed system structure is established. Functions such as conversation, visitation and concurrence are managed by the CSCD server. The transmission and the storage of data are in distributed mode.② Based on NetMeeting COM API, the network communications module is developed by using ActiveX in COM. The cooperative mechanism of multi-users is established, the flexibility of the system is improved and the multi-location real-time cooperative design is realized.③ The interactive interface of system is developed by using ObjectARX 2000 to visit AutoCAD COM, which improve the interactive function of the system and satisfy the need of real-time cooperative design of product.④ Based on the former outcome, the previous modification-function module is improved to realize multi-entity operation function and hatching function module is added to satisfy the need of various entity design.
