智能型电弧模拟综合试验台

【摘要】 弧焊电源是焊接系统的重要组成部分,将直接影响焊接过程的稳定性及焊接工艺性能。而有效地评估其动特性一直是焊接领域的研究热点和难点。由于焊接电弧不同于一般负载,并且焊接电弧过程是一种快速、大范围变化的动态过程,因此要求弧焊电源必须能够适应及响应其变化过程,才能确保电弧过程的稳定性。由于电弧—电源系统属于复杂时变系统,因而决定了对弧焊电源动特性的描述不仅困难而且复杂,因此迄今为止还没有一个有效的描述方法和统一的国际标准。本文通过深入研究多种弧焊电源的动特性及对比国内外现有的描述弧焊电源动特性的方法的优缺点后,首次提出了采用外特性动态扫描的办法来研究和描述弧焊电源动特性的新方法,并研制出了实验装置给出了满意的实验结果。为最终获得弧焊电源的动特性定量评价指标提供一个有力的手段和途径。实验表明所研制的系统是成功的,所提出的定量描述弧焊电源动特性的新方法是可行的,并具有理论意义和实际价值。本文以工控机为控制核心,控制工作在放大状态下的晶体管组构成能够大范围高速变化的可控负载,从而构成能够对待测弧焊电源进行动态扫描的智能型电弧综合试验台。通过对被测焊机沿“水平”(动态内阻为“∞”),“纵向”(动态内阻为“0”),“ tga”(动态内阻为“0 — ∞”)方向进行动态行扫描,就可以获得相应的动特性曲线,从而为比较和评价弧焊电源动特性提供一种简洁而有效的方法和手段。本文基于美国国家仪器公司的LabWindows的编程环境开发系统软件并与相应得硬件系统还构成了具有相应功能的虚拟仪器,除了为用户提供除动态扫描功能以外,还提供了其它辅助功能,方便用户以此为平台进行相应的数据采集和处理工作。

【Abstract】 Arc welding power source is important part of welding system. It is difficult to effectually evaluate dynamic characteristic of arc welding power source in the field of welding. Dynamic characteristic of arc welding power source decide craftwork effect and quality. It is simple to describe static characteristic of arc welding power source. Static characteristic of arc welding power source can use volt-ampere characteristic to evaluate it. Arc welding is different from the other load .The change of arc welding is large-scale and high-speed. In order to keep stabilization of arc welding, the arc welding power source should adapt and respond the change of arc welding .Describe of dynamic characteristic of arc welding power source don’t have international standard. In this paper, the new way that evaluate dynamic characteristic of arc welding power source is put forward. In order to research and describe the dynamic characteristic of arc welding power source, this paper adopt the new way of dynamic characteristic scan. This paper have manufactured experiment equipment. The result of experiment is satisfactory. Industrial computer is control center in this system. Power transistor group which is in amplificatory state is controlled by the computer. Power transistor group form large-scale and quick load. At the same time, power transistor group make up of intelligent arc simulate integrated test-bed. Dynamic resistance act as load of arc welding power source which is tested. In order to test arc welding power source, the value of dynamic resistance set as “0”, “”or“”.Program environment make use of LabWindows which is developed by national instruments company. The system software and corresponding hardware form virtual instruments. The system software is provided with function of dynamic characteristic scan and the other function. User can take use of the software to progress DAQ and data processing.
