硬X射线调制望远镜结构动力及稳定性分析

【摘要】 硬X射线调制望远镜整体结构及其主要工作单元:探测器单体与准直器单体的强度、刚度和稳定性是否能满足发射状态的力学环境要求,这是对硬X射线调制望远镜进行设计时必须考虑的问题。对现有的设计方案进行计算机有限元仿真,以验证HXMT结构及其工作单元的强度,刚度与稳定性要求是本论文的目标。探测器单体和准直器单体是硬X射线调制望远镜主要工作单元,它们的力学性能直接影响硬X射线调制望远镜的观测性能和精度。因此需要对它们单独进行有限元分析。本文利用有限元程序对硬X射线调制望远镜HXMT的重要部件——探测器单体、准直器单体及硬X射线调制望远镜HXMT整体在发射时的力学环境进行有限元仿真分析。完成了对探测器单体的动力(包括正弦激励、冲击激励以及随机激励)响应分析和探测器单体、准直器单体及硬X射线整体支撑结构的稳定性分析。探测器单体动力计算结果表明:现行设计方案在探测器单体承受正弦激励状态下符合设计强度要求;但在探测器单体在冲击激励或随机激励载荷作用下,探测器单体不能满足现行的设计方案不能达到设计的强度要求。探测器单体、准直器单体及硬X射线整体支撑结构的稳定性分析结果表明:探测器单体、准直器单体及硬X射线整体支撑结构在发射时50g超重作用下不会发生失稳。因此现有设计方案满足稳定性要求。对于现行硬X射线调制望远镜HXMT设计方案,其探测器单体的设计需进一步改进;硬X射线调制望远镜HXMT整体设计方案已达设计要求。
【Abstract】 When trying to design the HXMT, it has to be answered that whether the HXMT and its workgroups can endure the mechanics conditions at launching state or not. Then the interest of this paper is that simulating the mechanics conditions and analyzing the design model by computers in order to demonstrate the feasibility of the design project.The detector parts and the collimator parts are important components of hard X-ray telescope,which mechanics properties decides hard X-ray telescope directly. Therefore, they need to be analyzed especially.In this paper, the HXMT and its main components, collimator parts, are simulated on the mechanics conditions at launching state, by using FEM software,. The dynamic (including sine excitation,impact excitation and random excitation )response analysis of detector parts is completed,and the stability analysis is completed of detector parts,collimator parts and hard X-ray modulate telescope. The simulation dynamical analysis results of detector parts indicate that, in sine excitation state, the collimator parts is up to the design standard, but not in impact excitation state or random excitation state. The simulation stability analysis results of collimator parts indicate that: under 50G acceleration, the detector parts,the collimator parts and hard X-ray modulate telescope is up to the design standard, keeping stability.Basing on analysis results of HXMT, the following conclusions can be made: the design standard can be met in sine excitation state in bolt fix install method.Finally, some suggests can be provided: the design project of collimator parts needs to be improved; the design project of HXMT can be up to the design standard.
