产品3D模型网络可视化技术研究
Study on Web-based 3D Visualization Technology for Mechanical Product

【摘要】 随着市场竞争的日益激烈,制造业为了谋求对市场的快速响应,更加有效地整合资源,强化竞争优势,以产品3D模型网络可视化为基础的异地协同设计成为近年来研究的热点之一。本文以产品的IGES模型向VRML模型转换为研究对象,深入研究了产品3D模型网络可视化实现的总体技术路线、技术理论基础、关键算法,并开发了相应的原型软件系统。 首先,本文在分析了Web使能技术和VRML虚拟造型技术的基础上,给出了产品3D模型网络可视化系统实现的总体技术路线,并对其中的关键技术环节进行了的描述。 其次,本文深入地研究了产品网络可视化实现的各种技术基础。阐述了NURBS曲面造型的原理和方法,研究了主要以NURBS数学方法描述几何形状的IGES标准,并对IGES文件的进行了格式解析,给出了IGES裁剪曲面等信息的提取方法,提出了三角剖分的原则和评价标准,并比较了当前流行的三角剖分方法。 在上述研究的基础上,进行了产品3D模型网络可视化实现的各关键算法设计。从简单而重要的德布尔算法到复杂而关键的三角片分割算法,以及从C++数据结构到VRML节点的映射算法等。然后,提出了以推进波前法与映射法相结合处理裁剪曲面的三角剖分方法,并给出了具体的实现算法。 最后,进行了应用系统的设计与实现。其中包括总体方案的选择、开发环境的确定、开发语言工具的选用、设计模型的确定以及系统设计方法等,并以VC++6.0为开发平台,研制出了相应的原型系统软件,该原型系统软件已初步用于产品3D模型网络可视化中,从而验证了本文主要研究内容的正确性。
【Abstract】 With increasingly market competition, in order to response quckily to market’s demand ,and in order to conformity effectively resource , strengthen superiority of competition, distributing cooperated design based on web becomes one of manufacturing study’s hotspot. The paper took product 3D model which transformed form IGES format to VRML format as study object, studied deeply collective technology route that implements visualization of product 3D model , technical theory base, key algorithm , and developed a suit of prototype software system.Firstly, the paper put forward a collective technology route that implemented visualization of product 3D model after analyzeing web technique and VRML technique, described generally key technique sections in it.Secondly, the paper studied deeply technical theory base which implemented visualization of product 3D model on web. set forth principle and method of NURBS surface modeling, studied IGES standard that stated geometrical shape by NURBS mathematics means, pared IGES file format, presented method of distilling information of trimmed surface’s IGES file, advanced principle and appraisal standard of Triangular segmentation , and discussed currently popular method of Triangular segmentation, etc.Thirdly, the paper studied key algorithm design of implementing visualization of product 3D model on web, which based on above-mentioned study. From simple but important de-boor algorithm, to complicated but key triangular segmentation algorithm, and algorithm which maps form data structure of C++ to VRML’s node, etc. Then, the paper put forward method used to Triangular segmentation of trimmed surface by combining the Advancing Front Technique with Mapping Technique, and afforded its special algorithm .Finally, carried through collective design & realization of the applied system. Include selecting collective design scheme, confirming development circumstance, choosing development language, confirming design model and design measure, etc. we have developed successfully a suit of prototype software by VC++6. 0, it was applied into visualization of product 3D model on web. This proved effective correctness of study in practice.
