【摘要】 大学科技园是大学教学、科研与产业结合的载体。大学科技园可以把高校的科技成果通过孵化高新技术企业或其他有效形式流向企业，从而有力地拉动高校科研与市场的结合，使高校教学、科研和社会经济发展形成良性循环。研究我国大学科技园的发展问题具有深远的历史意义和重大的现实意义。 本文在总结中外高科技园区发展研究成果的基础上，结合本人在大学科技园管理部门的工作实践，运用比较研究和实证分析法，对我国大学科技园发展现状进行综合分析，透视我国高新区发展中存在的问题，旨在对我国大学科技园的发展提供参考。本文的主要内容如下： 首先，本文从研究国内外大学科技园的发展历史和现状入手，总结有关高科技园区发展的理论综述，包括增长极理论、产业群聚理论、空间扩散理论、苗床理论、创新理论、三元参与理论等作为高科技园区发展支撑。 其次，通过分析影响大学科技园发展的几个主要因素，在充分调研和借鉴国内外科技园区发展过程中的经验、教训的基础上对大学科技园的发展从依托高校的科研能力、科技园孵化能力、技术创新能力、创业环境、建设成果五个方面建立评价指标体系，并应用层次分析法对各指标进行权重分配，应用模糊系统聚类法对我国22个国家级大学科技园进行聚类分析。 再次，应用前面建立起来的大学科技园评价指标体系，对重庆大学国家大学科技园运行近三年来的情况进行综合的评价和分析，找出目前我国大学科技园发展中的不足并提出相应的解决措施。 最后，在以上分析和研究的基础上，总结性的提出本文的研究成果和不足之处，并指出今后继续深造时的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The university science and technology(S&T) park is a carrier combined with the industry of the university teaching and scientific research. University S&T park can make scientific and technical result of university through hatch the new high-tech enterprise or other effective forms flow into enterprises, thus spur university’s scientific research and combination of the market effectively, make university’s teaching, scientific research and social economic development form effective cycle. The development problem of studying the Science-tech park of university in our country has far- reaching historic significance and great realistic meaning.This article is on the basis of summarizing the Hi-Tech park of China and foreign countries in developing research results, combine me in the working practice of administrative department of the Chongqing university S&T park, use comparative research and analytic approach of real example, analyze synthetically to the current situation of the development of the university S&T park of our country , prospect the question existing in the development of high and new technology industrial development zone of our country, aim at offering reference to the development of the university S&T Park of our country. The main content of this text is as follows:First of all, this text starts with developing history and current situation of studying the domestic and international university S&T park, summarize the theory survey about development of Hi-Tech garden, including growth pole theory, industry clustering theory, space spread theory, seedbed theory, innovative theory, three factors participated theory, etc. It will support development of Hi- Tech park.Secondly, through analyzing experience while fully survey and study and use the domestic and foreign S&T park for reference to developing, based on studying to influence several main factors of development of the university S&T park, build five respects of the achievement to the appraisement system to development of university S&T park, The main content is as follows: relying on the scientific research ability of the university, ability of the S&T park hatches, creative environment technological innovation ability, achievement, and apply AHP theory carry on weight assign to every index, use fuzzy law, cluster of system, go on cluster’s analysis to 22 national-level university S&T park in our country.Thirdly, author uses the appraisal index system of university S&T park setting upabove, appraises to operational situation of Chongqing national university S&T park in the past three years ,carries on comprehensive appraisal and analyze, finds out the deficiency in the development of Scien-tech garden of university in our country at present and puts forward the corresponding settlement measure.Finally, According to above analysis and study, proposed research results of this article and the deficiency, and pointed out author’s studying direction as author continued to study.更多还原
