网络化制造环境下的虚拟供应链及其若干关键技术研究

【摘要】 供应链是一种有效的企业间合作模式,近年来网络技术和电子商务技术的发展和逐渐普及,为供应链的研究和应用提供了强有力的技术支持,使供应链及其管理再次成为国内外现代制造和管理技术领域的一个热门课题。网络化制造是近年来出现的一种现代制造新模式,也是制造业研究和实践的一个热门领域。本文研究了在网络化制造平台的基础上,建立一种面向广大中小企业的虚拟供应链运作模式,使网络化制造技术支持中心能支持广大中小企业组建虚拟供应链,提高我国中小企业的市场竞争力。 首先,对虚拟供应链和传统供应链进行了比较分析,建立了网络化制造环境下虚拟供应链的一种体系结构和三种典型运作模式,并在此基础上建立了网络化制造环境下虚拟供应链较完整的系统模型,包括功能模型、信息模型和过程模型。 之后,针对在选择虚拟供应链上的不同合作伙伴过程中考虑因素的不同,分别建立了网络化制造环境下虚拟供应链上游合作伙伴的评价指标体系、下游合作伙伴的评价指标体系和物流企业的评价指标体系;比较分析了传统供应链的组建技术,建立了网络化虚拟供应链的合作伙伴选择过程模型,并具体研究了层次分析法在虚拟供应链合作伙伴选择中的应用;提出了网络化虚拟供应链的动态组建机制,以应对虚拟供应链运行过程出现的各种例外情况。 然后,研究分析了网络化虚拟供应链环境下的企业较之传统企业在组织结构和业务流程方面的特点,并对网络化虚拟供应链环境下企业进行业务流程重组时所应注意的问题进行了研究,分析总结了虚拟供应链下业务流程重组的特点,建立了基于工作流技术的虚拟供应链业务流程重组模型,深入研究了工作流技术在网络化虚拟供应链中企业业务流程重组中的具体应用。 最后,基于第三方物流和第四方物流的资源整合特点,研究了TPL/FPL在网络化制造环境下虚拟供应链中的应用,并在此基础上提出了网络化制造环境下虚拟供应链的物流管理模式,研究了如何通过应用TPL/FPL技术实现网络化虚拟供应链中物流的整合效益。
【Abstract】 Supply chain is an effective cooperative mode among enterprises, the development and gradually popularization of the network and Electronic Commerce provide strong technique supports for the study and application of supply chain, and make supply chain and its management a hot research area. Currently networked manufacturing is a new mode of modern manufacturing, and a hotspot of manufacturing research and practice. Based on the networked manufacturing platform, an operation mode of virtual supply chain which faces the vast small and medium enterprises is established, which makes the networked manufacturing technology support center support vast small and medium enterprises to construct virtual supply chain, and can enhance the competences of vast small and medium enterprises. Firstly, the differences between virtual supply chain and traditional supply chain are compared and analyzed. A kind of architecture and three typical operation modes are established, based on which a whole system mode including function mode, information mode and process mode is constituted. To aim at the differences in the ingredients which should be considered when different cooperative partners are chosen in virtual supply chain, the evaluation index system of upstream cooperative partner, downstream cooperative partner and logistics enterprise in networked virtual supply chain are established. Based on the differences of constructive technologies of traditional supply chain, the cooperative partner selection mode of networked virtual supply chain is established. The application of AHP in cooperative partner selection of virtual supply chain is researched. The dynamic construction mechanism of networked virtual supply chain is put forward to deal with all kinds of exceptions in the supply chain execution. Afterward, the differences in organization structure and business process between enterprises in networked virtual supply chain and traditional enterprises are investigated. The problems which should be paid attention to when business process reengineering is implemented in the enterprises in networked supply chain are researched. The characteristics of BPR in virtual supply chain are analyzed and summarized. The BPR mode based on workflow is set up, and the application of workflow in the networked virtual supply chain enterprise BPR is lucubrated. Finally, based on the characteristics of the resource integration of third party <WP=7>logistics and fourth party logistics, the application of TPL/FPL in virtual supply chain in networked manufacturing is researched, logistics management mode of virtual supply chain in networked manufacturing is put forward, and how to apply TPL/FPL to realize the logistics integration benefit in networked virtual supply chain is researched.
