【摘要】 农业产业化始于农村经济改革与发展的实践，尽管其发展的历史并不长，却对我国的农业和国民经济的发展带来巨大影响。它是新时期解决三农问题的着力点，是实现农业腾飞的切实选择。 文章首先对农业产业化进行概要分析。通过分析农业产业化产生的背景，指出了产业化的内涵、特征，强调我国的农业产业化还处于初级阶段，并且发展不均衡。发展农业产业化对于农民增收，优化农业资源配置，实现农业由传统生产方式向现代化的转变有重要意义。 其次，文章分析了农业产业化的有关理论、机制和评价体系。产业组织理论、交易费用理论、制度变迁理论、合作分工理论以及平均理论的分析使得农业产业化分析具有深厚的理论基础。利益分配机制、宏观调控机制、资金投入机制、营运约束机制、基本保障机制共同支撑起农业产业化的运行。 再次，文章对具有成功经验的欧盟和日本的农业产业化进行实际分析，以资借鉴。对作为农业产业化支柱的农业产业组织进行重点分析，指出目前我国的农业产业组织面临巨大挑战。 最后，提出了农业产业组织创新的思路和对策。创新农业产业组织体系，大力发展龙头企业，再造新型的利益协调机制，创新合作经济组织是农业产业组织创新的突破口，必将深入推动我国农业产业化的发展。 三农问题历来是我国社会生活的热点和焦点，同时也是难点。解决三农问题关键在增收，农民增收的突破是推行农业产业化。而农业产业组织建设的好坏将决定农业产业化的成功与否。文章通过较为深入的分析，提出了一些促进农业产业组织发展的建议，相信对相关理论和实践有一定帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural industrialization is the result of rural economic reform and practice of development, though its history is not long, brings the tremendous influence to the agriculture and national economy. It is impetus of rural economy in new period.Firstly, the article analyses agricultural industrialization in whole. Through analysing the background produced of agricultural industrialization, pointe out the definition and characteristic of industrialization, emphasize that the agricultural industrialization of our country is still at primary stage, and development unbalanced. Agricultural industrialization could increase income to peasants, optimize and distribute agricultural resource, it is very important to realize model transition in agriculture.Secondly, the article analyses the relevant theories, mechanism and appraising system of agricultural industrialization. Industrial organization theory, trade expenses theory, and system changes theory is the theoretical foundation. Interests distribution mechanism, macro adjustments and controls mechanism, and fund input mechanism, basic security mechanism supports operation of agricultural industrialization.Moreover, the article analyses successful experience of European Union and Japanese as a means of drawing lessons. To analysing the agricultural industrial organization as the agricultural industrialization pillar, pointing out the agricultural industrial organization faces the enormous challenge at present.Finally, putting forward the thoughts and countermeasures of agricultural industry’s organizational innovation. Innovating agricultural industry organizing system, developing leading enterprise, making a new interests coordinate mechanism, they will promote the development of agricultural industrialization in our country deeply.The rural economy, rural development and rural demography have always been focus of the social life in our country; at the same time it is the difficult point, too. The key to the problem is to increase income, the break-through that increasing peasants income is to pursue agricultural industrialization. And the quality of agricultural industry’s organizational determines the result of agricultural industrialization.
