薄膜蒸发器辅助设计系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 薄膜蒸发器作为一种新型高效的蒸发设备,其广泛应用已为工业生产带来了巨大的经济效益。目前,薄膜蒸发器的研究和推广应用获得了一些进展,但其设计计算的基础资料仍显不足,很多设计和产品都是在成功经验基础上进行工程放大估算的结果,在国内没有一套完整的理论计算设计方法,并且施工图的绘制多数是在 AutoCAD 平台上,直接调用 AutoCAD 命令进行绘图工作,工作量大,效率低,劳动强度大,影响了产品设计与开发周期。本文针对薄膜蒸发器产品的设计现状和软件工程思想,对薄膜蒸发器辅助设计系统进行了合理的总体设计,开发了薄膜蒸发器辅助设计系统,旨在帮助用户实现薄膜蒸发器的设计、施工图绘制一体化。本文在 Windows 平台上,以 AutoCAD 2000 为绘图支撑软件,以 Visual Basic 6.0通过 ActiveXAutomation 技术对 AutoCAD 进行二次开发,集成使用参数化技术以及 Microsoft Office 等应用软件,对薄膜蒸发器辅助设计系统作了研究与实践。主要内容如下:1. 根据《化学工程手册》第 9 篇,采用迭代试算的方法,编程实现了薄膜蒸发器的工艺计算。2. 按照 GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》和《机械设计手册》,编程实现了薄膜蒸发器主要受压元件的强度设计。3. 针对薄膜蒸发器的特点,并结合工程实际,采用分级参数化绘图策略完成了薄膜蒸发器零件图、部件图及装配图的参数化绘图。4. 提出了应用 AutoCAD 2000 的内部命令 Boundary 来搜索图形外轮廓,结合AutoCAD 2000 的内部命令 Trim 完成了平面图形的剪裁与消隐方法。该方法将大量的线线求交、线面求交、判别和剪裁运算交给 AutoCAD 去完成,不但性能稳定、效率高,而且程序设计比较简单。5. 采用 ADO Data 控件访问数据技术,完成了薄膜蒸发器辅助设计系统的数据存储与查询。ADO Data 控件通过 ADO(ActiveX 数据对象)快速地建立与数据提供者之间的连接,是数据操作有效、简单、功能强大的技术,可以用最少的代码来创建数据库应用程序。 I<WP=4>基于以上技术的薄膜蒸发器辅助设计系统的开发,极大地缩短产品的开发周期,提高设计效率和设计质量,进一步加快薄膜蒸发器的推广和应用,具有较高的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 As a new type and highly efficient evaporating equipment, the thin-film evaporator(TFE) is widely applied in industries and great economy benefits has been broughtabout. At present, some progress has been made for the research and extendedapplication of TFE, but the foundational data of TFE are still limited. Many designs andproducts are obtained by the estimation of engineering magnification. There isn’t a setof domestic integrated design calculation method for TFE. Also, the constructiondrawing is finished by the traditional manual method under AutoCAD 2000 drawingenvironment. This leads to great workload, low efficiency and the delay of design andexploitation cycle of products.In allusion to the TFE design status and the software project ideas, a logical frameof the CAD system of TFE is established in this paper. Thus, the design of calculationand construction drawing can be achieved automatically.The CAD system of TFE is studied by AutoCAD exploiting technology ActiveXAutomation of Visual Basic 6.0 on Windows platform and under AutoCAD 2000drawing environment. The parametric design technology and Microsoft Office softwareare used in the system. The major contents are as follows.1. Based on the 9th “Chemical Engineering Handbook”, the process calculationprogram is compiled by use of iterative method;2. Based on GB150-1998 “Steel Pressure Vessel” and “Mechanical DesignHandbook”, the program of main pressured components design of TFE iscompiled ;3. In terms of the characteristics of TFE, the parametric design of part drawing,component drawing and the assembly drawing of TFE is obtained throughclassification parametric drawing strategy;4. A new trimming and hiding method of plane drawing by using the AutoCAD2000 interior command “Boundary” and “Trim” is put forward. In this method, thesolving of intersections, judge and trimming are finished by AutoCAD, and the i<WP=6>stable performance, high efficiency and simple design program has been obtained.5. The data saving and query of the system are finished by ADO Data technology.ADO Data is one of the efficient, simple and powerful technology dealing withdata. The connection with the data supplier can be established quickly by ADO(ActiveX data object), and the DBMS program can be made using the least code.Based on the above design technology, the CAD system of TFE is developed. Thedesign cycle of the products can be significantly shortened, the design efficiency can begreatly enhanced and the popularization application of the TFE can be quickened by thesystem therefore. It is of high application value of engineering.
