【摘要】 企业核心竞争力的最终来源在于企业知识的集成能力，企业知识集成也是企业创新的必由之路。企业知识集成管理是集成管理理论在知识管理领域的应用，企业知识集成管理的研究是完善集成管理内容体系和知识管理理论体系的需要。目前理论界对企业知识集成管理研究相当不足，尚未形成完整的理论体系，针对这一课题的研究现状，本文试图从理论研究上做出一定的突破。以系统论和集成管理理论为理论基础，以知识管理理论为理论指导，本文构建了企业知识集成管理的一般性的理论、方法体系和实施过程。理论体系的构建上，本文重新定义了企业知识的内涵，并总结分析了其外延和特征。在前人研究的基础上，提出企业知识集成管理的含义，并分析其特征和相关的几种辩证关系。知识集成管理的方法上，本文总结提出知识库及其管理系统、知识提取工具、知识挖掘工具、知识集成平台及工作流技术等知识集成管理工具；同时总结提出知识基元的分类系统、知识图、知识结构图、知识地图及知识需求和建立过程模型等知识集成管理模型。本文以知识集成管理的内在逻辑为基准，提出实施企业知识集成管理的“知识获取→知识编码→知识集成→知识创新”的逻辑过程，对各个环节的工作内容和方法给予分析和研究，并提出和重点研究了“认识论---本体论知识集成模式、过程性---实体性知识集成模式、管理性---技术性知识集成模式、知识原理---知识具体的集成模式及原有知识---新知识的集成模式”等五种企业知识集成模式。另外，结合企业实际，提出实施企业知识集成管理必须构建的企业组织形式和文化模式。本文最后以企业管理知识体系为集成对象，以实例研究的形式，构建企业管理知识的三维集成模型和职能维、专业维企业管理知识的集成模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corporation core competition ability is from the ability of integrating knowledgeultimately, which is the only way of corporation innovation. The integrationmanagement of corporation knowledge is the application of integration managementtheory on the knowledge management field. the research is necessary forconsummating the content system of the integration management and the theorysystem of knowledge management. Now the research about the integrationmanagement of corporation knowledge isvery lacking, which has not form the integrated theory system. Basing on the researchactuality, the penman tries to make out definite breakthrough in theory. On the foundation of the system theory and integration management theory andin the direction of knowledge management theory, in the paper penman constructs thecommontheory, method system and executionprocess of the integration managementof corporation knowledge. About the theory system, penman newly defines theconnotation of corporation knowledge, and summarizes and analyzes its extensionand character. On the basic of the fore research, penman brings out the definitionofthe integration management of corporation knowledge, and analyzes its character andseveral relational dialectic relations. About the method system, penman summarizesand brings out some knowledge integration management tools such as knowledgebase and its management system, knowledge extraction tool, knowledge mine tool,knowledge integration flat, workflow technology and so on; meanwhile penmansummarizes and brings out some knowledge integration management models such asknowledge cell category system, knowledge plan, knowledge map, knowledgestructure chart, the model of knowledge demand and establish process and so on.According as the inherent logic process of knowledge integration management,penman brings out its execution process, which is “knowledge acquirement →　knowledge coding→　knowledge integration →　knowledge innovation”, and bringsout five kinds of mode of corporation knowledge integration, which are“epistemological--ontological knowledge integration mode”, “procedural--hypostaticknowledge integration mode”, “managerial--technological knowledge integrationmode”, “knowledge principle--knowledge application integration mode”,“existing--new knowledge integration mode”. In addition, considering the fact of thecorporation, penman brings out the organization form and culture mode that must beconstructed to suit for the integration management of corporation knowledge. In the end of the paper, taking the business management knowledge system asthe object, in the form of example research, penman constructs the three dimensionsintegration mode of business management knowledge and the integration mode of thefunctiondimension and specialtydimension business management knowledge.更多还原
