基于PMC(PCI背卡)接口的实时数据采集卡

【摘要】 数据采集系统是数字信号处理过程中不可缺少的重要部分。数据采集系统将信号从模拟转换为数字信号,凭借计算机的强大的运算、数据存储与处理及图形显示、逻辑判断与自动化操作能力,可以方便快捷地对信号进行分析处理,具有人机友好、功能灵活、可移植性强等优点。随着DSP技术的迅猛发展,数字信号处理转向了实时性处理。计算机总线扩展技术使得基于计算机的数据采集技术得到应用,基于PC机的数据采集系统是目前应用最为广泛的数据采集系统之一。随着对数据传送速度要求的提高,PCI总线以其高的数据传输率得到亲睐。本论文设计的是一套多波形频域数字脉压处理系统的前端,即数据采集部分,包括了ADSP-21160系列中的Hammerhead PMC+母板与基于PCI9656的实时数据传输接口电路的设计及实现。以PCI9656为接口芯片,设计并实现具有本地32bit/66MHz,PCI端64bit/66MHz传输速率的I、Q双路高精度(12位)A/D实时采集传输系统。为了适应实时处理,采用乒乓存储模式,可完成实时采集任意量数据的功能。经测试,其与ADSP-21160间的数据传输可以达到200M 字节/每秒,A/D的有效位数达到10位,再加上4片ADSP-21160的强大数据处理功能,完全适合实时数据处理的场合。本论文的具体工作如下:双路高精度A/D单元电路的设计与实现。基于PMC( PCI背卡)接口电路和后继信号处理接口设计。基于ADSP-21160的数据采集卡驱动程序设计。

【Abstract】 Data acquisition system is an important part in digital signal processing system. Depending on its powerful function of calculation,data saving and processing,graph display,logic decision,automatic operation ,data acquisiton system,which is characteristic of friendly panel,flexible function and easy transplant,can convert analog signal into digital signal,analysis and process the data promptly. By the fast development of DSP technology ,Digital Signal Processing is turning to real-time processing.Based on the computer bus extending technology ,it is possible to realize data acquisition technology depending on computer , which is one of the most widely used data acquisition technology .As the increasing requirement of data transform,PCI BUS is being paid more attention.This paper focus on data acquisition system ,it is the pre-processing part of the frequency-domain digital pulse compression processing system ,including the designation and realization of a real-time data transfer interconnect circuit based on PCI9656 and Hammerhead PMC+ motherboard. Based on PCI9656 interconnect chip ,design and realize a real-time high resolution(12 bits) double A/D sampling and transforming system ,which can transfer data at 32bit/66MHz on local bus and at 64bit/66MHz on PCI bus. In Order to adapt to real-time processing ,the system can sample data of any length based on working at Ping-pong mode. The test results shows that it’s transfer velocity between ADSP-21160 and A/D card can reach about 200Mbytes/second,plus the storing data processing ability of 4 ADSP-21160,it completely fit on real-time processing.The main task of this paper is:Design and realize a two-channel high density A/D sample circuit cell.Design and realize a PMC card and the following processing circuit.Design the driver program of data acquisition card based on ADSP-21160.
