智能舞台控制系统的研制

【摘要】 随着生活水平的提高,观众对文化艺术的要求随之增长,这对舞台电子技术的发展提出了更高的要求。新型的舞台控制系统,应适应这种需求,不断吸收、应用高新技术,在功能上实现智能化、多样化,运行过程尽量减少人为干预;在操作上简便、灵活、可靠。国外这方面的控制系统一般采用工控机加PLC协作组成,价格昂贵,制约了需求。而目前国内舞台设备控制系统表现出两极分化:高端产品采用国外控制模式,功能强,但控制器件需进口,因而价格依然昂贵;低端产品一般不带智能控制,由继电器、按键、开关电路完成,虽成本低,但功能弱,操作灵活性差。本智能舞台控制系统以低端产品的价格,达到了高端产品性能,具有极高的性价比,顺应了国内市场的需求。本系统采用专用分布式微计算机控制应用系统,由单片机构成的多个功能模块组成主从式总线型结构。从功能上分为三个模块:1)信号采集模块;2)输出控制模块;3)主控模块。三个模块协同完成数据采集、处理和输出控制,以实现集中管理和最优控制。论文介绍了计算机应用系统的一个完整工程实践——智能舞台控制系统。该系统从功能出发并结合实际的应用,在保证系统应用功能的前提下,低成本的实现对舞台系统的控制。利用多片单片机组建一个分布式控制系统,由主机协调多个分机子系统共同完成信号的采集、分析、处理,简单、合理、高效地完成对整个舞台机械的控制。提供友好、清晰、明确的人机接口;各个设备状态实时显示,使操作者一目了然。分布式系统建立在一个以单片机串口构成的局部通信网上,制定专门通信协议予以实施,大大减少了各功能模块间的接线,安装、调试得到了简化,节约了人力和财力;并且系统功能强、扩展性好,实现了舞台设备模块化——任意添加功能而不影响现有的设备,仅需了解通信协议或增加通信协议内容。论文介绍了系统的整体构思和功能实现,针对系统的应用特点,围绕提高系统的可靠性和实时性,讲述在设计功能模块的硬件和软件时采取的应对措施,最后介绍系统的调试与运行情况。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of the people’s life, the audience’s require to civilization and art is simultaneously increased, which brings forward even more requests to the development of the stage electronic technology. In the 21th century, the people are realizing that the science and technology as the First Cause for productivity will do the unparalleled effect to the civilization and art. The civilization and art is based on the science, so we should continuously draw on the advanced technology to boost the the development of the stage art and meet the audience’s requests to stage art. The new-style stage control system is needed to be not only novel but also more dependable and handily operational. The foreign stage control system has the excellent performance but high price and English operating interface. With the need from the fast development of the native stage technology this project is brought forward to achieve the integrate product which can meet the need of the modern stage art. This system uses the distributed computer control system and is made of a host and several SCMs, which show a principal and subordinate structure with bus style. The SCM finishes the data collection and receives the order from the host and control stage furniture directly. The host processes the data from the SCM and sends orders to the SCM at the same time to complete the centralized management and most excellent control. This thesis is divided into five parts. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic theory of microcomputer control system . Secondly, the paper shows the structure and the function of this system. Thirdly, the paper amply illuminates the structure of system hardware. Fourthly, the way of programming to every part of software is detailedly discussed. At last, the debugging and working of this system is presented.
