我国现代远程教育以学习过程为中心的教学系统研究

【摘要】 现代远程教育发展正如火如荼。当远程教育被越来越多的大学采用后,出现了学习者在这种教学组织形式下的学习适应性问题。其具体表现为有些人对其满意程度评价很低;学业成绩评定多数人不理想等等。受传统教学系统影响,教学者过分的强调教、授,不反馈学习者的接受情况,沿用填鸭式教学,事倍功半,这恰恰抹杀了远程教育的优势;对学习者来说,对学习者内部心理机制缺乏关注,对整个学习过程的控制和反馈重视不够,教的策略往往大于学的策略,没有很好地找到二者的平衡点。这些都不利于保证远程教育的质量。因此,当务之急是构建一个远程教学条件下的以学习过程为中心的教学系统来替换传统的教学系统,并在实践中,根据我国国情进行必要的调整,以确保现代远程教育的质量。本文在认真研究了国内外有关远程教育教学系统结构的文献资料基础上,结合作者本人从事法学、邓小平理论、毛泽东思想等高校课程教学过程中积累的丰富实践经验,从提出建立有效地促进学生学习的教学系统是远程教育实践中亟待解决的问题;分析教与学过程中的基本矛盾,指出解决矛盾的方法是建立以学习过程为中心的教学系统;具体构建远程教学条件下以学习过程为中心的教学系统;最后,针对我国国情,对该系统进行分析等四个方面研究论证,完整地构建了一个有可操作性的、有社会价值的、可具体实施的远程教学条件下的以学习过程为中心的教学系统。为进一步开展现代远程教育教学系统结构优化研究及实施提供了可循的思路,为我国现代远程教育的可持续发展奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 The developing of modern distance education is flourishing, When more and more university use the distance education, it brings forth the adaptability of learner under this teaching style. It shows that somebody dissatisfy the teaching style, the value of studying achievement is not good. Because of the influence of traditional teaching system, the teacher emphasize heavily teaching, and does not feedback what the learner receive, so the effect is very small and write off the advantage of modern distance education. To the learner, the teaching system does not pay enough attention to learner’s internal psychology mechanism, and not attach importance to the whole study process in control and feedback, and not find the balance between the teaching and studying, and usually use teaching ways more than studying ways. So the traditional teaching system is bad for keeping the distance education quality. So we must set up a teaching system under the distance ways which make the studying process be a center as fast as we can, and put it into practice, adjustment, and insure the distance education quality.In this Paper, writer study the document about the distance education system structure with writer’s teaching experience, and bring forth firstly the question that construct a effect system to promote learner to study, this question must be solved soon. Then the writer analyse the contradiction between teaching and studying, and set up a new teaching system to settle the contradiction, and finish the distance teaching system which make the studying process be the center. At last, writer analyse the system, aiming at the situation of our country. The Paper shows a new thoughtfulness to go on studying, practicing and optimizing the distance teaching system, and found a theory base for developing sostenuto our country modern distance education.
