不锈钢—铝高频感应钎焊膏状钎料的研制

【摘要】 为了解决不锈钢-铝高频感应钎焊用的粉末状钎料、钎剂所存在的缺点,研制了膏状钎料。将研制的膏状钎料与原来的粉末状钎料、钎剂作各项性能对比试验,并作出定量的评定,其润湿性、蔓流性、填充间隙能力、溶蚀性、钎焊接头机械性能、钎焊加热保温时间及钎缝金相组织均达到了原钎料的水平。用研制的膏状钎料作了与原钎料、钎剂在操作性能上的对比试验。研制的膏状钎料在钎焊过程中无溅射现象发生,而使用原粉末状钎料、钎剂在高频感应钎焊过程中经常发生溅射现象。用研制的膏状钎料作了与原钎料、钎剂的存放时间在物理、化学性能上的对比试验。在规定的时间内测其使用性能,研制的膏状钎料达到了原来的水平。研制的膏状钎料在润湿性、蔓流性、填充间隙能力、溶蚀性以及钎焊接头机械性能等各项指标全面达到了粉末状钎料的水平,并且具有良好的操作工艺性能,在高频感应加热的快速加热下不产生任何溅射问题。长期存放不干固、不失效。本文研制的膏状钎料不仅具有良好的可操作性、易用性,而且具有非常好的安全性。可以说膏状钎料以其巨大的科学性和先进性填补了国内这一领域的空白,并具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that brazing filler metal power and flux bring for stainless steel-aluminum by high frequency induction brazing, the brazing grease is developed.All performences of the brazing grease are tested in comparing with the original brazing filler metal, and the fixed quantity evaluation is made. It’s wettability、spreadability、filling capacity erosion property、joint strength、brazing temperature、holding time and joint metallographic cross-sections have reached the original brazing filler metal’s.Serviceability test is done for comparation.No spatter happens in the course of brazing with the brazing grease.While it happens with the original brazing filler metal. Their physical and chemical properties are tested、within the fixed time, serviceahility is tested,and the brazing grease has reached the original one.The brazing grease’s wettability、spreadability、filling capacity、erosion property、joint strength and so on have reached the original one used in the factory. It has excellent serviceability and no soatter on heating in the course of high frequency induction brazing.And it doesn’t dry out and lose efficacy within quite a long time.Research achievements in this paper replenish blank space of brazing grease for stainless steel-aluminum high frequency induction brazing at home and abroad and have tremendous social and economical advantages.
