【摘要】 确定合理的内部公共交通系统是高层住宅设计的重要环节之一,但这却往往被国内的建筑师们所忽视。基于此种状况,本文从建筑学的基本理论出发,在参阅大量国内外资料和实际调研的基础上,结合其它相关的理论和已有的研究成果,以我国普通高层住宅中居民的居住行为特点作为研究的重要依据,通过实例分析、数据列举、图表说明、对比等方法,针对高层住宅内部公共交通系统的一些关键性问题进行定性和定量地分析。文中试图探索经济、舒适的高层住宅中公共交通系统的设计依据及发展趋势,并针对现存的问题对高层住宅交通系统的设计提出合理、可行的建议,希望以此能给相关的研究人员和设计人员提供一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the important factors, which is often neglected by architects in China, is to determine a reasonable public transportation system in the design of high-rise residence. In view of the situation, the thesis includes the architecture elementary theory and unifies other related theories and the research results that there has been. on the basis of many on-the-spot investigations and studies of technical documents published in different countries, inhabitant’s housing behavior characteristic in our country common high-rise residence is taken as the important research basis. Some key issues in designing an interior public transportation system for the design of high-rise residence are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by the example analysis, the data enumerates, graph showing, contrast etc. The thesis attempts to explore design basis and the development tendency in economical and comfortable transportation system in high-rise residence. And it put forward reasonable and feasible suggestion to the design of transportation in high-rise residence. I hope the contents of the thesis can provide some references to the related researcher and designer.更多还原
