FAI电喷系统在摩托车上的应用研究

【摘要】 随着全球范围内机动车尾气排放造成的空气污染日趋严重,保护环境、治理机动车排放污染已受到人们的高度重视。在我国,摩托车排气污染在机动车中所占比例比较大,对环境的污染也比较严重。目前,化油器式摩托车正面临着被淘汰的命运,取而代之的是电子燃油喷射控制系统。但是传统的电子燃油喷射系统应用在摩托车上具有结构复杂、成本过高等缺点,比较难让用户所接受。FAI电喷系统与其相比,在结构、成本、性能等方面具有明显的优势,更符合摩托车电喷化的要求。本课题以FAI电喷摩托车为研究对象,对节气门体总成进行了可靠耐久性试验、流量测量试验;对氧传感器在可靠耐久性和整体布局等方面进行了试验研究和开发设计;对FAI电喷摩托车在高温环境中的起动问题进行了试验研究。试验结果表明节气门总成能够满足摩托车对耐久性和可靠性要求;开发了一种新型小尺寸摩托车专用的氧传感器,并对氧传感器的安装位置进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,该氧传感器安装在气缸盖上排气口附近时,具有工作可靠性好以及摩托车整车布局美观等优点;针对汽油发动机在夏天的高温环境中遇到因汽油易挥发产生气泡而引起的起动问题,进行了大量的试验研究,开发了一种具有自动放气泡功能的燃油供油系统,彻底地解决了FAI电喷摩托车在高温环境中的起动难题。本文还进行了FAI电喷摩托车与化油器摩托车外特性对比实验和FAI电喷摩托车整车耐久排放试验,试验结果表明FAI电喷发动机在中低转速时对发动机的动力性能指标有较大的提高;由于采用闭环反馈控制使混合气空燃比稳定准确,发动机燃烧充分,燃油消耗也得到了很好的控制;整车排放试验数据表明,FAI电喷摩托车性能相当稳定,不用催化转化器,其排放水平完全满足欧Ⅱ标准及北京地方标准,并且满足10000km以上的排放耐久性要求。
【Abstract】 Under the pressure of increasingly serious air pollution caused by emission worldwide, the issues of protecting environment and restricting exhaust have caught much more attention nowadays. In our country, the carburetor engine has faced the fate of being replaced by EFI engine. But conventional EFI has the disadvantages of the complex structure and high cost that can hardly be accepted by users. Compared with it, FAI EFI system has far more superiorities in structure, cost and performance etc, more suitable for the requirement of motorcycle EFI.FAI EFI motorcycle was researched thoughly in this thesis. First, the throttle body assembly was tested for its durability and reliability The test of fluid measure was performed as well. Second, the Oxygen Sensor was tested and developed in durability, reliability and was made a holistic layout. Third, FAI motorcycle was tested for the start problem in high temperature environment. The test results indicate that the throttle body assembly can meet the durability and reliability requirements of motorcycle. Forth, a new style of small-sized Oxygen Sensor customized for motorcycle had been developed and the setting of Oxygen Sensor was also tested and researched. The result shows that the Oxygen Sensor has good working reliability and being a good layout for motorcycle while installing it nearby the discharge valve on cylinder head. Fifth, a self bubble-out fuel feed system has been developed after a lot of researches and the start problem caused by bubbles from gasoline engine was solved thoroughly, especially in a high temperature environment.Moreover, the test to compare the external characteristic of FAI motorcycle and carburetor motorcycle, and the durable emission test of FAI motorcycle were carried out. The results indicate that the driving performance of FAI engine rising significantly at low and middle speed. Due to the close-loop feedback control technology, A/F (air/fuel) ratio is so stable and exact that the engine has a sufficient combustion and the fuel consumption is low. The test data of motorcycle emission indicate that performance of FAI motorcycle is very stable. The emission level can meet EuropeanⅡstandard and local restriction of Beijing without catalytic converter, and reach the requirement of emission durability over 10000km.
