【摘要】 本文以上海新比利公司为研究对象,对其总体发展战略进行了研究。本文的工作目的是为了在核心竞争力理论同我国企业管理实践,尤其是笔者所从事的玻璃深加工企业的管理实践相结合方面做一些探索性的研究工作。同时,应用核心竞争力这一理论,依据上海新比利公司的企业现状和国内玻璃深加工行业的发展现状,制定出上海新比利公司近10年的企业总体发展战略。本文选择上海新比利公司为研究对象,把企业战略管理的有关理论,尤其是核心能力理论具体应用到样本企业的战略制定及战略管理过程中。通过引入波士顿(BCG)矩阵对上海新比利公司的产品结构现状进行了深入剖析和探讨;通过引入迈克尔?波特(Michael Porter)的产业五种力量竞争结构模型对上海新比利公司所处产业的竞争结构进行分析;在综合有关研究文献的基础上,提出了上海新比利公司的核心竞争力评价模型,并对上海新比利公司核心竞争力进行了评价分析;在此基础上还对上海新比利公司的核心竞争力的构建做了细致的组合分析;据此提出了建立在核心竞争力基础上的上海新比利公司的发展战略,并加以评价,还给出了发展战略的实施规划。通过本文的研究,探索了国内依据核心竞争力理论研究和制定玻璃深加工企业发展战略的工作,同时也为今后的研究者在这一领域的进一步研究提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Shanghai Xinbili Company as the studying object, this paper has done research on its general developing stratagy. The aim of this paper is to do some exploring research in the field where the core competence theory is combined with the management practice of Chinese enterprises, especially with the management practice of glass deep-machining enterprises where the author engages. Meanwhile, this paper has applied the core competence theory and instituted the general developing stratagy in the coming 10 years for Shanghai Xinbili Company according to its status in quo and the developing status of glass deep-machining industry in our country.This paper has selected Shanghai Xinbili Company as the studying object and applied the relational theories of enterprise strategic management, especially the core competence theory in the stratagy instituting and the strategic management of the stylebook enterprise. Through inducting the Portfolio Matrices (BCG), this paper has anatomized and discussed deeply the product-structure status of Shanghai Xinbili Company. Moreover, through inducting Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, this paper has analyzed the competition structure of the industry where the Shanghai Xinbili Company is. On the basis of colligating the relational research literatures, this paper has brought forward the core competence evaluation model of Shanghai Xinbili Company and evaluated its core competence. Based on the above-mentioned work, detailed assembled analysis has been done to the core competence of Shanghai Xinbili Company. According to it, this paper has brought forward the developing stratagy of Shanghai Xinbili Company which is based on the core competence and evaluated it. The programming of how to carry it into execution is also been given out.The research of this paper has explored the work of studying and instituting developing stratagy of glass deep-machining enterprises according to the core competence theory. Meanwhile, it has given reference to the researchers for the further research in this field.更多还原
