数据挖掘在分层次教学中的应用研究

【摘要】 本论文主要研究将数据挖掘技术和现代教育统计学中有关技术相结合,并为实际教学活动提供决策指导。研究主要以数据挖掘技术中关联规则的发现的相关理论为基础,运用经典教育统计理论对教育活动中分层次教学实例进行分析,通过对教学活动中的各影响因素进行数据挖掘,构建相应算法和模型,从而发现影响教学结果的关联规则,并将数据挖掘的预测结果反馈到新的教学活动中。本文在将数据挖掘过程运用于教学活动特定领域的研究中,主要完成了在数据挖掘中运用相关教育领域知识,提出一个适于分层次教学相关数据分析的数据挖掘平台:由数据层、数据挖掘算法工具层、分析逻辑层和应用系统层构成;提出基于信息技术学科的程序语言设计课程分层次教学分析的数据库设计框架;尝试以多元非线性回归分析方法实现的相关性判定原则;利用Minitab软件实现数据挖掘分析;并引入多层架构、Web方式表达,即:C/S +ASP + Internet架构,来设计系统。实现了在校级范围内对信息技术课程分层次教学的数据分析和模型建立,并可用于分层教学的初步研究。为数据挖掘的实现进行了有益的尝试。数据挖掘技术在教育教学领域的实现的研究还只是初期阶段,还有很多艰苦的工作。希望通过本论文的研究,能进一步扩展在这一领域的研究。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly talks about the study of combing Data Mining and teaching Statistic,the result of which is supposed to guide the teaching activity. Based on the theory of the discovery of association rules, the study analyzed some cases of Teaching According To Students Levels And Needs to form the algorithm and model through data mining of the factors affecting the teaching activities, using the classical teaching Statistics theory. The relative rules that affect the teaching result are to be discovered and the anticipative result of data mining will be used in later teaching activities.The research provided a DM system for the data analyzing of the Teaching According To Students Levels And Needs which includes Database, DM tools, Logical Analyzing, and Application System. A database designing frame for the Teaching According To Students Levels And Needs analyzing based on the Programming courses was raised in the paper. It tries to use the Nonlinear multivariate analysis to realize nonlinear multivariate analysis, using Minitab. The DM system was built on the Multi-frame structure and was expressed in web pages, that is, C/S+ASP+Internet. The system can be used in Data analyzing and Model building of Teaching According To Students Levels And Needs of IT courses in school. It a good try to realize the data mining.The practice of data mining technique has just begun. More work is to be done. This research is hoped to be helpful for later research.
