【摘要】 在知识经济时代,面临着日益激烈的市场竞争,企业必须不断的提高响应能力、创新能力以及员工素质才能立于不败之地,知识作为生产要素之一的作用便凸现出来。在这种情况下,企业迫切需要一种新的管理方法对企业知识资源的积累、共享以及创造进行有效管理,知识管理这一新的管理理念顺应着时代的发展应运而生。本文通过描述企业知识循环过程,整合知识管理技术和功能,构建企业全面知识管理系统,并从组织、流程、人员三个层面研究企业为实施知识管理系统所进行的变革,最后应用平衡记分卡理论对知识管理系统实施进行评估。本文的主要研究内容如下:1.从各角度分析知识管理产生的根源,指出知识管理产生的必然性。对数据、信息、知识三者进行比较,重点研究企业知识的内涵、分类以及显性知识和隐性知识的相互转换。通过对国内外著名知识管理学者的定义、观点的阐述,对知识管理理论进行深入剖析,最后提出自己的定义。2.提出企业知识循环模型,并对各环节的特点以及技术进行研究。在企业知识循环模型的基础之上,提出企业知识管理系统层次模型、功能模型和软件模型,构建企业全面知识管理解决方案。 3.重点研究知识管理系统中一项重要的技术——数据挖掘技术。介绍知识管理系统重要组成部分知识挖掘的概念、方法,研究关联规则挖掘在客户知识管理系统中的应用。重点研究单维布尔型关联规则算法Apriori的关键思想,提出了一种基于“划分”思想的Apriori改进算法,通过实例对改进算法进行解释,并就性能与原算法进行对比。4.从企业三要素:流程、组织、人员等三个方面研究企业实施知识管理的系统性变革方案。提出基于知识管理战略的业务流程重组、组织结构变革、知识主管设立、知识联盟、组织文化塑造以及知识型员工的管理等一系列的变革措施。尝试利用平衡记分卡理论,围绕知识管理战略,从企业财务、客户、内部流程以及企业与员工的学习和成长四个角度构建企业知识管理系统的实施评估体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing more and more drastic market comcompetition in the age of knowledge economy, enterprises must improve their response ability, creative ability and employee characters continuously to survive. Under this condition, enterprises cry for a new method to manage their knowledge resources effectively. So the new thought of knowledge management emerges as the times require. This paper will put forward a process model of enterprise knowledge circulation. Based on the model, this paper will make an integration of knowledge management techniques and function to build enterprise knowledge management system structure. Then research on the transform from three layers of process, organization and human for implementing of knowledge management system. Finally, this paper will evaluate the implement using the theory of Balanced Score Card.The man contents and innovations of this paper are listed as follows:This paper analyzes the reasons of knowledge management’s appearance, research on the meaning of enterprise knowledge, and put forward a concept of knowledge management based on the definitions and viewpoints of those worldwide famous knowledge management experts.Put forward a model of enterprise knowledge circulation and research on the characteristics and techniques of every phase in the circulation. Based on that model, this paper will build an all-around knowledge management system.Data mining technique will be focused on, especially the application of mining of association rule. This paper will research on the improvement of the classic Apriori arithmetic based on a thought of partition.Research on the revolution scheme for the implement of enterprise knowledge management system including BPR, organization structure, CKO, organization culture and so on.
