【摘要】 在物流系统设计和管理中,为了提高物流中心的运作效率和物流系统的绩效,选择物流中心位置就成为一个非常重要的问题。本文首先对物流中心的概念、功能和类型进行总体介绍,在此基础上文章对物流中心选址的原则、指标分析、流程及选址的方法等问题进行了讨论。最后本文根据给出的选址原则、步骤和方法进行了算例分析。对物流中心选址的方法选择是本文重点讨论的内容。物流中心选址研究己形成了多种方法,大致可分为定性和定量两类。定性的方法主要是结合AHP(层次分析法)和模糊综合评价对各方案进行指标评价,找出最优选址。本文也采用此方法进行定性指标分析。定量的方法主要分为连续模型与离散模型两类。连续模型的代表方法是重心法。离散模型有Kuehn-Hamburger(奎汉·哈姆勃兹)模型、Baumol-Wolfe模型等。在评价定量指标时,本文主要根据一般物流中心和第三方物流企业物流中心建立费用模型和利益模型,并分别用启发式算法和遗传算法求解。定性的方法在考虑因素的完备性上有一定的优势,但在对像成本、效益这种量化指标的准确性上则显不足;定量方法恰与之相反。因此本文通过建立指标体系并藉助指标满意度算法将定性和定量的方法相结合,使其在物流中心选址的准确性和完备性上相互补足,从而为物流中心选址决策供科学支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency of logistics centers’ operation and the performance of logistics system, the locating of logistics centers becomes very important in designing and managing logistics system.At first, this article introduces the conception, function and class of logistics centers to give a whole realization of their characters and meaning to readers. On base of that, it discusses the principles, influencing factors, flow and methods of logistics centers locating. Then, at last it puts forward the steps, methods, and examples for logistics centers locating.The logistics centers locating is the main contact in this article. There are many methods for it; we can sort them into two kinds: quality ones and quantity ones. In this article, it uses AHP and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation for qualitative indexes; heuristic algorithm or GA algorithm for quantitative ones. We notice that quality ones have drawbacks in veracity while quantity ones have defects in completion. So the article unites the two kinds of indexes by using the indexes’ satisfaction algorithm, and thus provides the support for the decision-making of logistics center locating.更多还原
