【摘要】 职业教育改革近几年已经成为政府和职教界、乃至整个教育界关注研究的对象。其中农职教育的研究领域尤为广阔,它面向的是农业、农民和农村社会,面向的是转型期社会急剧变化中的一个特殊的群体。本文以甘肃农村社会发展及城镇化建设需求为导向,以农职学校学生就业状况及择业观多元化为切入点,以农职教育的培养方向的嬗动为研究重点,提出了甘肃省农职教育改革的对策与建议,力求观点新颖,有自己的独到见解,并对农职教育改革提供一定借鉴。本论文由三部分构成:调查与分析,提出农职教育改革发展理念,建议与对策;共有四章。首先对农职教育现状调查与分析,调查分析力求客观真实,其中有大量的调查问卷的统计分析。较全面、客观地剖析所面临的困境;在此基础上进行其改革发展理念研究,力求理念内涵充实;最后对农职学校深化改革提出可行性建议,建议力求贴近实际。本论文的技术路线是以实地调查和问卷调查获取原始素材,技术分析手段是SPSS分析软件,进行数据的统计分析;以各种年鉴统计资料和推算辅之,以职业教育原理、终生教育原理、人力资本原理等为本研究的理论支撑。主要成果是发展农职教育理念,建立中等农职教育培养方向的立体结构模型,以及得出深化农职学校改革的具体建议等结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, Government, vocational education and the whole education field pay much more attention to vocational education reform. Especially, the field of agriculture vocational education research is more wide in it. It is concerned with not only agriculture, peasants and rural society but also the special body in the rapid changing society.This thesis, with the aim of the rural society of development, demand and town development building as a guide, AVS students’ condition of getting employment and the idea of their job choosing as the inserting point and SAVE of training direction of change as the researching point, puts forward the strategy and proposal of the SAVE reform. It try to make a creative view and there is something original in it. It is used as reference to AVE reform.GanSu province is a less-developed region in economy, as it is a big agricultural province. At present, there are many problems about SAVE reform and development. After analyzing the present situation, I’d like to put forward the relative strategy to resolve it. There are four chapters in this article. It includes three sections: investigation and analysis, advancing reform new idea, strategy and proposal. The first part tries to be true and objective, the second part is hoped to be creative and realistic with a large number of investigating papers in it, the third part is close to the fact. In this thesis, the main method of investigation is actual investigation, answered-paper investigation, variable and elaboration analysis, with belong to social research method. Meanwhile, we also used SPSS analyzing software to deal with plenty of statistic data, which with the vocational education principle, lifelong education principle, human capital principle, etc as the supporting base.The main result of research is expected to set up stereophonic structural form regarding SAVE training orientation, develop SAVE of theory and put forward reasonable proposal on deepening reform of SAVE school.更多还原
