【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜脾切除术(laparoscopic splenectomy LS) 治疗血液病的安全性、有效性及优越性。方法 总结腹腔镜脾切除手术方法及手术适应征。结果 腹腔镜脾切除术术中失血少,术后恢复快,血细胞记数逐渐恢复正常,无并发症发生。结论 腹腔镜脾切除术治疗血液病安全、有效、切实可行,适用于脾体积正常至中度肿大有脾切除指征的血液疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety , efficacy , superiority of laparoscopic splenectomy (LS) in patients with hematologic diseases. Methods The operation method and indications of laparoscopic splenectomy are summarized . Results there was little Perioperative blood loss , fast postoperative recovery , blood cell number gradually recovering justo after operation. And no complications. Conclusion laparoscopic splenectomy is a feasible , effective and safe surgical procedure for patients with hematologic diseases or for patients who require splenectomy and have a normal-sized to medium-enlarged spleen .更多还原
