富氧条件下HC选择还原NOx交联蒙脱土催化剂的制备与研究

【摘要】 随着汽车发动机技术的发展以及对经济性和节能环保的考虑,节能环保型的稀燃发动机技术越来越受到重视。传统的三效催化剂在稀燃条件下不能有效净化NOx,研究开发新型的富氧条件下能有效脱除NOx催化剂已成为稀燃发动机技术推广的关键。交联粘土是一种具有独特二维孔状的类似分子筛的新型催化材料,这类材料在石油裂解、石油精炼加工领域和环保领域潜在着重要的用途。 本研究以钠基蒙脱土为基质,将聚合羟基阳离子引入粘土层间,合成了锆交联蒙脱土、铝交联蒙脱土和铝铈交联蒙脱土,同时通过浸渍或离子交换法负载活性组份,制备了一系列交联蒙脱土催化剂。研究了催化剂的制备工艺,同时采用各种表征手段对催化剂的性能及结构进行了研究。研究结果表明: (1) SO42引入交联蒙脱土中能提高交联蒙脱土的酸性。以其作为载体制备的催化剂,比没有改性的交联蒙脱土或置换成H型的交联蒙脱土为载体制备的催化剂催化转化NO的活性大大提高。 (2) 铈引入铝交联剂中合成的铝铈交联粘土较铝交联粘土或锆交联粘土热稳性能提高,合成的Cu/SO42-/AlCe-PILM有较宽的工作窗口,600℃NO转化率仍有20.34%。 (3) 助剂镧可以提高Cu/SO42-/AlCe-PILM催化剂的催化活性,还可以拓宽Cu/SO42-/AlCe-PILM催化剂的工作窗口。

【Abstract】 With the development of automobile engine technology and in consideration of energy saving and environment preserving, more and more attention was paid to the lean-burn automobile technology, which has the advantage of energy and economy. The traditional three-way catalyst would be ineffective under lean-burn condition, thus the development of the new types of catalysts that can work in the presence excess oxygen is one of cruxes whether can use of lean-burn engine or not. Pillared clays are unique dimensional zeolites-like materials which are show to exhibit a great potential in diverse application, such as oil cracking and refinery, environmental processes.In this thesis, zirconiun pillared montmorillonite(Zr-PILM), aluminium pillared montmorillonite (Al-PILM) and aluminium and cerium pillared montmorillonite (AlCe-PILM) were prepared by using natrium montmorillonite (Na-M) as matrix, and then the catalysts were prepared by cation exchanged or impregnated with Cu2+, Fe3+ and Ag+and used for the selective catalytic reduction NOx using propylene as the reducing agent. The influence of preparation conditions on catalytic activity is studied and the structure of the catalysts have been investigated by using XRD^ DTA, IR and so on. The results is showed as follows: (1). Tthe catalyst modified by SO/’ can remarkably increased the NO conversion compared the catalyst which didn’ t modify by SO/" or NK,NO;i. (2). AlCe-PILM has higher thermal stability than Zr-PILM and Al-PILM, and the catalyst prepared by AlCe-PILM activity is still able to obtain NO conversion 20. 34% at 600癈, it is higher than that prepared by Zr-PILM or Al-PILM.(3).The La/Cu/ S0427AlCe-PILM catalyst can increase the highest NO conversion from 49. 11% to 57. 22%and keep 19. 53% at 650癈 while 1. Owt% of LaA doping on Cu/ SO/"/AlCe-PILM and calcination at 500.
