【摘要】 期货市场是市场经济体制的重要组成部分，我国农产品期货市场仍处于起步阶段，市场运行存在很多问题，农产品期货市场的功能还没有充分发挥出来，如何结合我国的国情，建立和完善我国农产品期货市场，使农产品期货市场服务于经济体制改革，服务于经济社会是一个重大的课题。文章回顾了我国期货市场的发展历史，通过实证分析对我国期货市场功能发挥作以评价，并对影响期货市场功能发挥的原因进行了剖析，在此基础上，对健全和完善农产品期货市场及期货市场的风险控制作了初步的探讨。导言。该部分阐述了论文选题的背景，研究的目的、意义及研究的国内外动态。就论文的研究思路和方法及可能的创新作了说明。我国农产品期货市场历史回顾。本章节对我国期货市场从成立到迄今为止的重大改革及历史进行了回顾我国农产品期货市场功能实现的实证分析。本章通过期现价格的相关性和基差的趋势及一些统计资料实证分析了我国农产品期货市场运行的有效性，结果表明期货市场的运行不甚规范，农产品期货市场功能实现有限。美国农产品期货市场功能实现及特点。本章阐述了美国农产品期货市场功能实现情况，通过对比可以看出我国农产品期货市场功能发挥的不足。影响我国农产品期货市场功能实现的深层次原因。本章分析了影响我国农产品期货市场功能实现的内部原因和外部原因，内部原因主要有期货市场监管层的思路及监管体制原因，与监管体制有关的上市品种、投资主体原因及期货经纪机构的原因，外部原因主要有现货市场的发育程度和整个社会的信用体系问题。加强和改善我国农产品期货市场功能实现。本章针对第五章分析的原因，提出了加强和改善我国农产品期货市场功能实现的若干建议和对策。我国期货市场风险控制。鉴于期货市场风险控制的重要性，明确了期货市场风险控制体系及当前我国期货市场风险控制的主要内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Futures market is the important part of market economic system. Agricultural product futures market is still in the initial stages in China. The function is not exerted fully. How to combine our station, improve and complete the agricultural product futures market is an important task. The paper expatiates the ways of using the futures market, reviews the history of futures market, appraises China’s futures market function exertion through demonstration analysis, analyzes the reasons that limiting the function exertion, based on this, brings forward some opinions about completing agricultural product futures market and risk controlling. The paper includes seven parts:Introduces the background, purpose and meanings of writing this dissertation; Tracks the dynamic of native and foreign theory study; introduce the ways of study and the innovation points.Reviews the history of China’s agricultural product futures market. The development of China’s futures market experiences four stages: study and experiment, development, criterion and adjust, running its course.Appraises the function of agricultural product futures market using some index: correlative coefficient, basis trend and market liquidity.Introduces the characteristic of American agricultural product futures market.Analyzes the reasons of influencing the function exertion of agricultural product futures market, including interior and exterior reasons.Brings forward some ways to strengthen and improve the function of agricultural product futures market.
